Always respond to queries quickly and no issues in the portal. Fulfill my remote work requirements and easy to use employee self service app makes it easy to sign in and sign out, apply leaves, check payslips etc

"All round software tool for Managerial Tasks"

What do you like best about greytHR?

GretHr - proves to be a great software for many organisations including mine where we have to manage large number of employees and their activities like - attendance,regularisation, documentation, onboarding, dashboard view, Resignation etc.

This tool can be used for much more activities

and is easg to integrate and easy implementation with other software applications too for reporting and other mis stuff for daily use.

What do you dislike about greytHR?

Customer support is dependant on the vendors as the bare minimum is taught to front end employees so sometimes when it comes to technical difficulties all of it has to be done by the back end vendor team for a change in software feature or to provide a new one.

What problems is greytHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Attendance management and all the managerial or the Hr related tasks.

By using this software application our manual efforts is saved and automation is there.

What do you like best about greytHR?

The greytHR team is very supportive and guided us through every single detail during the onboarding. Even after the onboarding was done, they have ensured to keep following up with us and ensure a very smooth experience.

What do you dislike about greytHR?

The onboarding took more time than we were prepared for. Though I understand that it takes time to complete these things, I would still have preferred if it was done quicker.

What problems is greytHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

The one thing that I really like about greytHR is that I do not have to worry about compliance. They've beautifully handled every aspect of it so I can focus more on building the culture and people engagement.
