Gravitec brings the big-site technology that you see on mainstream news sites to the masses. You install a short line of JavaScript on your site and all of a sudden you're able to send notifications to your visitors after they subscribe. It's easy to set up. And it's easy to create new push notifications, preview what they look like, and then send those notifications to your subscribers. I like that right after you send a notification, you can look at the analytics and see how many people received it, viewed it, and clicked it.

There are some tricky things about setting up your push notification, and some ways they could streamline the experience and make it more logical. The interface is a bit busy. And you can't set your preferences. For example, TTL (Time to Live) defaults to 8 hours. But I always have to lower it either 8 minutes by clicking the dropdown, or 3 minutes. I'm only sending to 100 followers, so I don't need it to be spread out over 8 hours. That's fine, and I figured it out. But the fact I have to do this every single time I make a post is annoying. I'd like them to save my preferences so I can save time and energy each time I make a post. Minor things like this make a difference in my user experience. But they aren't deal breakers.

Gravitec allows me to communicate with my subscribers in an instant, and in a way that increases user engagement and following. It makes me feel like I have a big-time business and website!

I am still testing and implementing. I am sure that this tool might have some things come up, but the development tool seems focused on making this the best push notification tool on the market.

A very reliable solution for sending browser push notifications that integrates seamlessly with Wordpress. Most of my websites are done with Wordpress; I hardly do any more simple HTML sites, so having this integration is very important. It works great and is NOT blocked by ad-blockers - another essential feature. You can also integrate it into an HTML site using a piece of code, but with Wordpress you get other options such as notifications when new posts are made. Another excellent feature is the drip campaigns which allow you to automate the messages to new subscribers, being sent naturally.

The tagging feature doesn't work well all the time. I'm having a hard time using it since it's not that accurate or maybe I'm the problem for not figuring it out how to best use it. But their documentation on the subject matter is very techie-like, and I don't think I'll ever have the time to go through and understand and implement all those things.

Gravitec solves a problem that blogs or sites generally have with older content - that no one goes through the "old stuff," even though it's still valuable. If you aren't a news site, some things don't change, and older articles are just as valid as newer ones. Only they get buried deep into the site, and newer visitors don't bother searching or going through them. With Gravitec we can set up drip automation campaigns to send older articles as push notifications, increasing the likelihood of those articles being found and read. This is how we revive old content instead of trying to say the same thing in a new article.

I like the options and ability to segment subscribers. For me, the WordPress plugin is a definite bonus and integrates perfectly with my websites for push notifications. I find Gravitec easy to use.

There is nothing so far I dislike when using Gravitec. So far I have not come across anything that I dislike about the software, as for my use case it has been straightforward enough to use.

Push notifications to website users, who may have not subscribed to email. Gravitec is good value for money compared to it's competitors that I have used previoulosy.

I love how straightforward it is. The UI is clean and easy to navigate. Meanwhile, the features (be it prompt boxes or segmentation for my audience) are easy enough to understand and subsequently use. In fact, I was able to get everything up and running within minutes; by the end of the day, I already had some sign-ups.

Honestly, nothing in particular. I got Gravitec for a particular purpose and it does its job perfectly; I am glad I got it.

I am using Gravitec to automate push campaigns where I send my latest articles, updates, and special offers to my audience (sometimes a specific segment of them). Previously, I was doing this by emailing them manually, but now, I am able to achieve an increase in repeat traffic (and subsequently conversions) while being hands-off. However, do note that this only works for users who have signed up for notifications (I still have to contact the others manually).

The design and ease of use. We started getting sign ups the first day of use! Very easy way to distribute campaign information, flash sales and similar information.

So far I haven't found anything bad to be honest. It's a website notification tool, and it does this thing really really great. This is not a full feature website marketing set. But it does what it can do really good.

Reaching our customers! Sometimes you have an update for an ongoing campaign, but you don't want to send out another e-mail about it. Then this tool is perfect for something like that - this requires that the user have signed up for the notifications though. Keep that in mind.

Love the overall "completeness" of the software. The enhanced features of adding push campaigns paired with automations, Rest API functionality, and segmentation adds the full features I want to get out of this tool. So useful and worth every penny!

Would love to see more functionality built around ecommerce.

For instance, it has WordPress and WooCommerce abilities built-in.

I'd love to see Shopify added to this and reporting on sales generation.

I know it can be done via outside reporting tools, but would love to see this built into the tool.

Very easy to setup what's pushed via RSS Feed. The automations and other push features are fantastic such as a notification bell on the site, and more.

Sometimes the feed push is delayed but nothing to bad.
