PROS: As a marketing coordinator I use Google Docs to develop, share and get feedback on content I develop like press releases, product sheets, blogs and emails. I like that this platform streamlines the content approval process and it provides us with friendly environment.
CONS: They could improve how shared documents are housed and accessed, and we found it difficult to recall docs by name and we have to scroll down in order to find them.

PROS: I like Google Docs simplicity and real-time collaboration. Our managers and colleagues can keep track of the documents online without coming to my office. There is an option to share links with documents and they can see it in real time. It is great tool for collaborating with others.
CONS: It is extremely simply solution, and maybe on thing that I might don’t like about it is the lack of work count, but it offers lot of plugins so you don’t have to worry about.
I like that different users can all view and manipulate a document in real-time and on their own computers.
Some of the document layouts can be a little finicky when trying to move and manipulate different aspects of a file.
Google Docs is a great way to collaborate and keep everyone on the same page. We have documents that we use for training and step-by-step instructions. Everyone can view, and make changes/adjustments to the instructions to clarify the process.
We are using Google Docs to collaborate with our team of 6 individuals across an entire state. We have a running document that we use to keep track of on-going jobs and tasks, and we are able to attribute details to different areas, and see when someone has updated the information.
I love the interface and the numerous options that have been provided to format the text. There are so many templates to choose from which make the work very easy. Moreover, it has been made such that using on various platforms is possible without the need to switch. Different people operating from different types of devices can also operate smoothly. On the desktop, the voice typing is awesome.
I dislike the phone app some what, as it is sometimes hard to use specially for scroll and copy-paste. I think some options can be more easy to reach on the mobile application, like to save download and all there can be more better user experience by this. On the desktop the remove text formatting options are lesser.
I am solving shared writing issues for remote work. I write blog content and presentation contents for collaborative working and it requires many people to work on that together. It allows very good user interface for understanding usage easily by everyone and all the options are available, just like the word. The text font options are numerous and thus editing becomes fun and beautiful. Templates are one of my most favourites as they make the work really very easy and so much presentable. I have used voice type as well when in a hurry and it works well.
It is a free easy to learn and use software and can be accessed anytime
it has very limited features and will not work without internet connection
It needs an active internet connection and can lag for some time
It helps in documenting the work very easily and also provides with a track of the changes made by user
I love the fact that Google Docs saves all of my work as I am going. I also love that I can easily share a document with someone and I can may it where it is only viewable by that person and not editable.
There is nothing to dislike about Google Docs!
I would recommend using this program instead of Word because it saves as you type!
The main problem that is being corrected is that I am not losing unsaved documents! I can always find my work!
I absolutely love the cloud integration and the seamless experience. Real-time editing and visibility of changes, ease of sharing and collaborating, and organising my documents smoothly are just some of it's best features.
The total quota limit across different apps of Google make keeping a lot of documents difficult. In itself, Google Docs are the best in class today but the whole G Suite with limited free storage makes the experience difficult at times.
I have been able to document my works, and share work-related details across teams easily with Google Docs. Stability of the cloud helps me solve problems.
I like that it enables me to collaborate with others on editing documents. We can all make changes and edits without having to pass the document around, round robin-style. That can get very frustrating and confusing.
I dislike that it lacks features that non-web-based programs like Microsoft Word have.
We are solving the need to continue working on particular documents and to make sure that those documents are vetted by large groups of stakeholders with diverse interests.

PROS: I like real-time functionality for improving collaboration with colleagues and work with them on same projects and documents at the same time. We can work from anywhere at any time. I constantly interact with my overseas partners and we use Google Docs for this main purpose. We can share docs across dorders and be more organized.
CONS: I thought that if multiple people work on same project at the same time the work might be lost but I haven’t experienced this thankfully because there is option to revert back previous version.
