I like how GFR is able to store a substantial amount of documents for each client as well as creating an easy way to create and track workflows.

I don't really like how quickly the time limit expires, especially if I'm writing a note, the application won't save the text.

I sincerely recommend this application. It has a wide variety of functionalities that render document storage and assignment/workflow tracking pretty pain-free. It's also very user friendly.

Assignments are able to be tracked through each step and saving documents are quick and hassle free

Je ne peux pas l'acceder via mobile. il y a quelques fois un verrouillage automatique de fichier. je propose que ce logiciel augmente sa fluidité au niveau de la gestion des fichier

Gofileroom m'aide à suivre en temps réel les projets en cours, il est tres efficace au niveau d'organisation des fichiers. Gofileroom donne de l'avantage au niveau de gestion des clients.

GoFile Room is a new player in the market and is helpful to those working where one requires to maintain a lot of paperwork, its quite applicable since it has a cloud system and is quite useful for me since i can maintain clients data which are Accounts and Tax Files and it streamlines the complete process of my team.

It comes with its limitations like it is best suited with CS professional Suite, and it is mainly worked for more prominent Tax Firms, and the cost is higher than its peers.

Since, Our Company is a Finance based company we deal with a lot of clients and have to maintain their files, which becomes very cumbersome since there is a lot of documentation involved, Gofileroom has made our lives easy, and the software is highly customizable

I love how I can feel 100% confident in being able to be paperless without worrying about not having a document that I need. As a company that goes through hundreds of documents a day, it is crucial that we have a perfectly organized paper trail of everything we do. GoFileRoom allows us to be able to quickly upload our documents and it catalogs them for us with a few simple drop down menus. I also love being able to just drag and drop my document into the GFR icon on my desktop and fill out a couple of fields and be done.

Sometimes I have issues with it saying I'm offline or logged out when I'm not. I have to logout and log back in to get it to work. This can be annoying when I'm really busy and trying to be efficient.

Make sure to go over how you want things to be filed and what you want items to be filed under with employees prior to using the software. This will allow you to keep more accurate files.

It allows is to be a paperless office and to keep hard copy files to a minimum. Also, after creating the original codes for everything, it allows us to keep meticulous and highly organized filing system.

There is a great amount of storage and it is extremely easy to search and access the database from anywhere. This includes editing documents from inside the database and uploading from outside or scanners.

At first my computer had issues with the editing feature, but GFR quickly resolved the issue and updated it.

Sometimes when the internet connection is slow, it can be a little bit tricky to share large documents.

GoFileRoom is my best and favorite room for document storage. It is fast, safe and easy to use. I like its speed when it comes to documents sharing.
