Flexibility and User Friendliness are the best aspects of GLAASS Pro,

Could not find any downsides, to be honest. Its just for new users it can take few days to getting used to as like to any other software.

Organising documents, raising confirming inspection requests, inspection checklists, etc everything can be managed inside the software itself which is very easy to compile and produce later during handover.

Glaass pro is an amazing platform that uses a modern approach in its design, it's highly intuitive, easy to use and simple to implement.

With all important documents, work flows and information in one central location, with the added bonus of it being available as an app on the mobile phone makes it super-efficient to complete daily tasks that are updated in real time from anywhere. It offers many features that are customisable with modern short cuts such as the ability to @mentions in tasks to quickly add required users.

The support is very professional, helpful and friendly, quick turnaround in answering any questions and also providing solutions to cover every possible scenario. They also have a large library of videos and articles available with clear explanations.

Glaass pro is one of the less complicated systems I have ever used - and I have used many from logistics to banking, I honestly don't dislike anything about the program.

The ability to to complete tasks in real time via desktop or mobile device makes Glaass pro fast and easy to use on and offsite, more productive by eliminating the need to scan paper to file.

Glass Pro allows everything to be digitalized, formatted and filed away at your fingertips. This creates an easier way to implement all policies and procedures of the business within all program regarding safety. Whenever they was some teething issues, there was immediate customer support and was fixed within hours. This is a program I use frequently during the day.

The only bad thing about Glass Pro, is that it didn't come out sooner

Work Inspections

Managing and coordinating construction inspections with the project team and stakeholders can be challenging in the construction industry. Glaass Pro provides instant collaboration while allowing any team to request an inspection, track and assign required stakeholders, and easily report on inspection requirements and progress and promotes data transparency.

Glass Pro has an option to upload an Inspection test plan which helps in effective management of work lots and inspections and easier for the project team to understand acceptance criteria for each work inspections activities.

Document Management

Glaass is efficient in managing project documents, it controls a single source of project truth, provides a comprehensive history of documents. It eliminates obsolete document and allow implementation of recent version of documents.

User-friendly interface

Glaass Pro is easy to use. Easy to create workflow, modify forms, upload documents etc.

To store any additional supporting documentation or records relevant to a work lot, I suggest adding a folder within the work lots. Alternatively, "attach" function at the top to avoid having to click "reply" each time when there is a need to attach documents to a work lot.

Work inspections , records and document management.

Glaass has the best structure as software, it's hard to lose track of your own activities and it easy to use.

I helped to set up, with different templates that best describe our quality system and we can add more. it is all digitalised, even verification checklists. with the register we can send reports to our client and our lots can have the BIM model linked.

Glaass has the capability to connect all different department in one software, and have all documentation on it.

It does not give the title of the ITPs automatically

I'm using Glaass for the Qualiy Module, it helps me to create reports and track the work on site.

Ultra user friendly for site staff to use on both a mobile device or via a computer. Once the forms and workflow is set up, review and supervision of tasks and reporting functions works well. I have found Glaass Team extremely resourceful and responsive to requests and provides timely support to get our functional area forms adjusted to suit site staff use.

When setting up Glaass, you will need to have a clear idea on what processes you want to use Glaass for, and how your processes intertwine with other functional areas. It is beneficial to map out processes in advance to make Glaass as functional as possible. In construction projects, insufficient process planning upfront impacts on how Glaass is set up for your project. Whilst there are fixes available, some upfront broader project planning in advance could have avoided some situations.

Glaass Pro is used on a daily basis to capture inspections required of traffic management setup on-site. Glaass Pro makes it easy for me to monitor what is happening out on-site based on reports compiled and submitted in real time across multiple sites. It allows us to schedule in additional detailed inspections and streamlining our entire workflow.

GLAASS is a super easy and straightforward system to use. The platform has many features which is able to capture a wide spread of data for the company, and is of course captured in the one system making reporting both simple and quick.

GLAASS can also be downloaded on IOS and/or Anroids and the app is also easy to navigate, thus meaning you can easily report any data instantly on via the app on your mobile phone.

Customer support are extremely helpful and correspond in a timely manner.

GLAASS is assisting us in collecting data across a wide range of project sites.

The system is easy to use on a daily basis. It has various features including ongoing customer support. The system is used with ease of implementaion and intergration.

One of the advanges is you don't need to worry about paper as it's all captured in one system online or on your phone with easy reporting fuctions to suite the business.

Glaass works with the business frequently, and caters to the needs of the business which makes it easy when setting up systems for what is required to get the results.

I would highly recommend Glaass to anyone, it's a user friendly system with plenty of functions.

A primary reason for choosing Glaass over other systems was Lachlan’s accessibility and passion for the product. Lachlan's assistance during initial setup, training and ongoing support has been excellent.

Issues that we had with Glaass have all been addressed. Including -

• A dedicated app for iPhones and Androids

• Revised register which allows you to search and isolate the Action Items

• Fully redesigned and configurable analytical dashboards and widgets

The product provides allot of flexibility and we're continually finding new creative ways of using it.

Searchability of content, the organisation of photos and the central accessibility of records have all provided substantive improvements from our previous paper based system. We have also seen a marked increase int the quantity and quality of our inspections.
