Front has transformed the way we work and boosted our productivity.
What do you like best about Front?
Being able to collaborate with multiple colleagues on a single email thread has greatly reduced the time it takes to resolve challenges. In addition, the ability to easily track our team's metrics and ensure we're meeting our guaranteed reply times has been incredibly valuable.
What do you dislike about Front?
There are very few downsides, but at INFUSE, we follow a strict need-to-know policy. It would be helpful if certain features, such as shared tags, allowed for more access controls, such as assigning visibility to specific individuals rather than just choosing between private or company-wide. Another minor issue is the way OOO settings automatically unassign conversations, but we’re glad to see that Front is already working on improvements in this area.
What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding training as well as continued support during their role with our team. Ensuring our team stays within our 2 hour response time for our clients.

Easiest way to communication
What do you like best about Front?
This is the best email and chatting tool I've used so far. This solved a lot of communication problems/barriers.

I don't see anything I dislike on Front as of today.

Front is Amazing!
What do you like best about Front?
It's amazing, all team members have access to emails. We can cover for each other, help with email drafts.. etc. I use it everyday and it's very easy to use

Nothing really, maybe if we have the option to download and attach emails?

What do you like best about Front?
The ease with which a team, with just a simple mention, can already manage a task to another work team without the need for unnecessary reprocessing.
What do you dislike about Front?
Sometimes the tool malfunctions and does not allow for accurate measurement of work volumes through tags. We try to apply several tags, but when we go to check the number of tags applied, it does not match the final results.
What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does not allow us to properly measure the metrics using tags, we are having difficulties with the shared tray.

What do you like best about Front?
I like the versatility that front provides. There are many reporting features that can help leaders/managers to assess where their team may be struggling. I appreciate the shared inboxes, so theres visibility and others can jump in to help, or can see what a new member is sending and help correct before an email is sent. The program sounds complicated, but it was very easy to use and figure out. The online academy has tons of helpful information and there are weekly training courses you can join if you need more help.
What do you dislike about Front?
I wish there was a way to link more emails. Sometimes an email comes in and someone replies and it creates a new email chain. There are people who email me that end up creating new chains every time they reply and not all of those can be merged or linked together for visibility.
What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shared visibility has been great. Having a way to organize all your emails and still mark them as resolved has been great. I love the feature that shows you when and how many times the recipient has read your email.

I use Front to manage multiple projects as a client servicing professional for over 15 clients.
What do you like best about Front?
I love that you can assign, snooze, and easily move emails around inboxes. It is especially important for me to compartmentalise my projects based on different priorities and clients. I also like the conversation function because as I typically highlight certain phrases within and emails and tag my teammates to follow up on them.
What do you dislike about Front?
It is sometimes very hard to find certain emails, the search function is not very sharp and more often than not I have to sift through tens of emails before finding the right one. Would be great to have filters for the search function such as only shortlisting emails by their sender or have certain words in their title. This would be especially helpful for any searches that go back months ago.
What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being timely with our responses to clients, as we can set rules to assign and ping the relevant account manager to reply after a certain time if an email was unattended too. This keeps our service level at a peak with our clients in terms of responsiveness. Snooze function also allows us to provide timely follow ups.

I love the snoozing option as well as the copying of the email link to connect 2 emails that do not need to be intertwined with each other.

There should be an option for like a bulletin board.

The integration capabilities of Front helps s process of tasks seamless Mails On The Go!
What do you like best about Front?
Front really can make the work easy. The transparency of whoever is currently working or replying to a certain client is also visible and it can easily be taken over whenever things might go wrong for example in our line of business, if an agent need to hand over the conversation to a supervisor, it can easily be transferred. Also front can be integrated with other softwares which can be more efficient in our daily tasks.
What do you dislike about Front?
In some scenarios, Front app in mobile phone can't function that much of the web access. Some notifications are too many to sort of if you're receiving large volume of messages such as SMS or chat coming from replies from the automation sent by the integrated software, sometime it overwhelms. There are also times that the Front app crashes and is not recommended to use on phone while you're in a weak signal of internet connection or mobile data.
