Flowla has made it easy to bring decision makers together for onboarding their teams on UJJI and helping us deliver value throughout our connection with customers.
Can't think of anything, really. If I were to pinpoint one thing would be to have an ability to get more of our visual identity across. But something like this might be cooking in the background!
It is helping us truly deliver an end to end sales enablement and customer success process for our customers.
Flowla transformed the way I handle client onboarding and collaboration as an engagement manager! I love being able to create short video annotations as it allows me to explain complex details in minutes, eliminating any confusion.
As a plus, the video messages have been a fantastic tool in building strong client relationships.
Flowla's versatility when it comes to content embedding is also one of my favourite aspects. 🤌 Canva, notion, typeform.. you name it. This means I can simply share a flow, and everything my clients need is conveniently located in one place!
Nothing I can think of at the moment! Not much to dislike.
Flowla's task management capabilities ensure a smooth experience on both ends - I can tag owners, set deadlines, and even receive email reminders, which has kept me organised. Now I know nothing is falling through the cracks.
Flowla provides detailed information about what’s going on with prospects. It’s beyond open and click rates - we can see the interaction.
It’s like a private workspace where we can see what the prospect is thinking and who else is involved, which helps us understand which deal to prioritize, how & when to follow up, and who we need to nudge.
And it’s great that it’s super easy to use, non-clunky, and approachable and attractive for the customers.
There is not much to dislike, honestly, but the next step I would like to see is to have a way to know who else is looking at the flows without having to ask for a name.
A lot of the time, after a demo, my sales team has to work hard to keep customers engaged and focused. Being ghosted is incredibly common - we don’t know how to interpret the prospects’ silence and how to proceed.
Flowla helps us bypass this problem because we get to know what the prospect has looked at, for how long, where they are, and who else is involved, so we take the appropriate action more quickly.
As a team leader, I want to know what engagement's happening, where we are in the field. It helps me greatly in that regard.
It has to be the insights feature.
Being able to know which of my prospects have looked at the flow when gives me the ability to follow up with them exactly at the right time, and give them that little push to close my deals faster.
We cannot change the background on some steps. This would really help me give my flows a bit more of a customized feel.
I gave the feedback and their team is really quick to develop new features so looking forward to that!
Before Flowla, I could have a really engaging call and send over some documents, but I had no way of knowing whether they were checking out the information or what they were most interested in.
The prospects could be radio silent and I had no way of knowing what they’re thinking.

My favorite thing about Flowla is being able to craft a linear narrative for our prospects that tells the story of Prisync without overwhelming them.
It allows us to nurture, give information, and pitch in a way that feels quite organic, as if you were face to face. All our clients have to do is just follow the steps, and it gives them a bordered, clear, and neat narrative in a much more digestible and engaging format.
The team is very responsive and open to feedback so no complaints at the moment!
It was hard for us to nurture our prospects by just relying on emails and attachments. It’s very inconvenient and hard to consume for them, and we were unable to tell our story like we wanted to since they would jump from one material to another.
With Flowla, we can pitch our product in a very natural and easy-to-follow format, supported by lots of documents. It definitely helped us step up our outbound motion.
What I like best about Flowla is being able to share all types of content smoothly and in an organized way with minimal effort. We can upload videos, or embed them from YouTube and other platforms easily, and it looks very neat and natural.
For businesses like us whose conversations rely heavily on materials, it’s amazing that there’s also a chat feature. We handle all communication there which speeds things up, and eliminates any confusion. When everything is in one flow, it makes it easier to bring people up to speed if other stakeholders get involved later on.
Sometimes the uploaded videos take some time to load when viewing.
We are in the video advertising space, so our job involves sharing a lot of visual materials. Compared to other methods and solutions, Flowla enables us to distribute content much more easily and efficiently. And being able to handle the conversations within the flows makes everything so much easier for us, since everything is in one place.
What we like best about Flowla is being able to consolidate everything in the sales cycle under one link, and ensure correct flow of information within the target organization.
Flowla essentially allows us to bypass bureaucracy in enterprise businesses that slows things down, and get our pitch as well as the entire sales process directly in front of the decision maker.
It’s invaluable to speed up sales cycles and handle everything efficiently in that way, even with large organizations.
Nothing so far. I really like to use Flowla, there is nothing I want to change. Great idea, great execution.
We sell to enterprise companies, so we often do not have immediate direct contact with the decision maker, or they get involved afterwards.
This used to cause significant miscommunication, as we had no idea how everything was being relayed internally.
With Flowla we are able to just create one link that encapsulates the entire sales cycle, and the HR rep that we’re in contact with just forwards it to the decision maker.
We’re not only managing the sales process a lot more smoothly, but we’re also defining the narrative even though we’re not in the room.
We use Flowla for meeting follow-ups. It allows us to arm our champions with all the materials and information they need to be able to create consensus within their company. We no longer have to blindly hope that they’re able to represent and explain our product well - we can create an engaging narrative that they can share with a click, which ensures everyone in the organization gets the same story, supported with all the materials and documents. It speeds up decision making processes immensely.
We would like to be able to categorize the materials on the asset library, but other than that, nothing we dislike.
When selling our solution, we rely on internal champions a lot. But we don’t like not being able to pitch our product exactly the way we want to.
Flowla allows us to create one narrative, a single source of truth to circulate within the organization. Our champion is able to reach all the necessary materials, and share them easily. It’s an amazing tool to arm them with resources, and ensure we are represented well even if we’re not in the room.
Given the high level of various details shared with prospects during a call, Flowla makes it extremely easy to summarize this information and share relevant documentation in a much more visually appealing way. It's easier for customers to digest the information, navigate to what's most important to them and share across the team as needed. Additionally, it provides great analytics to better understand where prospects spend the most time and how active they are in reviewing the content, which is invaluable to sales reps.
Nothing comes to mind here! I'm very impressed with Flowla and they're constantly updating new features and taking feedback requests into consideration to improve the product
Flowla is saving me a ton of time with follow ups, as I have a ready-made templates that I can easily tweak to suit the individual buyer and make it more personalised. It's a more enjoyable experience for my buyers without inundating them with information via email. And it gives me insights as to who's showing active interest so I can better track my deals and dedicate my time
