With FlowForma, we can set up workflows to collect only the details needed for a particular service. It is--and feels--more streamlined; users value this.

Our US-based social services non-profit operates a voucher-based program that helps people with low incomes access specific health services. Each service requires different data inputs, and some are quite complex. Our past software solution treated all services as the same, disregarding crucial differences and nuances, and requiring users to tab through irrelevant fields. We urgently needed a streamlined solution that would solve these problems and position us to add new services that will require different/currently unknown data inputs. In addition, we needed a solution that would position us for the development of a web app. Finally, our organization wanted more control over our software solution, as some required inputs change annually. FlowForma offers all of this and more, along with regular new functions/enhancements, competent tech support, and an affordable price.

Very easy to use and design / configure workflow processes that improve data flows, data accuracy and seamlessly manage approval processes. I am also impressed with the range of available configuration tools and options demonstrating continuous product development.

We have been able to design forms quickly for public use, at very short notice, and at very low cost and effort. For example, our Ukrainian School Transport application process. We have stopped printing & filling many paper forms. It has had a real & measurable impact on people's lives.
Everything is already configured so less time is wasted on coding.

Firstly, The user interface offered is reasonable, It is very straightforward to understand and utilize. One thing I learned, if we create a Simple flow or a complex one, we must be clear about our requirements and the logic.
And there is " No Code" involved in this process automation.

The conditional questioning structure and ability to automatically trigger alerts and step changes is what makes this a better tool than others I have tried before.
It can be tricky to know what type of rules to apply to certain question types, however the help function is excellent and the SureStart programme does aim to get you through the first few hurdles and get you more used to using the tool.
We are new enough to FlowForma, however we have implemented some regulatory Health & Safety procedures which were previously email, excel, and paper heavy processes. Automating these processes using FlowForma has freed up time to spend on the items within these processes that need intervention.
