Flowforma process automation is efficient and increases pay on time to suppliers. The approval status of invoices is visible to management at any stage of the process.

What do you dislike about FlowForma Process Automation?

No negative feedback can be given at this stage, as everything works as planned. Updates can be implemented as we get suggestions from end users to improve the flow.

What problems is FlowForma Process Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?

Flowforma solved our process to go paperless, approve invoices for payment automatically and will increase productivity in our department. It is too soon to review business performance.

It eliminates manual follow-up for approval of invoices via email as reminders are built in and set to be sent to the end users automatically. The form is user friendly.

What do you dislike about FlowForma Process Automation?

As a new user to Flowforma it will take some time to get used to navigating the system. An introductory training session on navigating the system and where to get information would be helpful.

What problems is FlowForma Process Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?

Manual tracking of approval of invoices via email is eliminated as an automated reminder is built into the process flow and increases productivity. It allows users to focus on other tasks.

What do you like best about FlowForma Process Automation?

I appreciate that FlowForma is purpose-built for workflow management. Our program offers a variety of services, and each one works differently. Most non-profits make do with traditional database software. As a result, users must tab through countless irrelevant fields. This is time-consuming and tedious. With FlowForma, we can set up workflows to collect only the details needed for a particular service. It is--and feels--more streamlined; users value this.

What do you dislike about FlowForma Process Automation?

We have not identified any dislikes/disadvantages.

What problems is FlowForma Process Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our US-based social services non-profit operates a voucher-based program that helps people with low incomes access specific health services. Each service requires different data inputs, and some are quite complex. Our past software solution treated all services as the same, disregarding crucial differences and nuances, and requiring users to tab through irrelevant fields. We urgently needed a streamlined solution that would solve these problems and position us to add new services that will require different/currently unknown data inputs. In addition, we needed a solution that would position us for the development of a web app. Finally, our organization wanted more control over our software solution, as some required inputs change annually. FlowForma offers all of this and more, along with regular new functions/enhancements, competent tech support, and an affordable price.

What do you like best about FlowForma Process Automation?

Very easy to use and design / configure workflow processes that improve data flows, data accuracy and seamlessly manage approval processes. I am also impressed with the range of available configuration tools and options demonstrating continuous product development.

We have used the application across many different sectors of our business to great effect, demonstrating its range of capabilities.

What do you dislike about FlowForma Process Automation?

No specific areas come to my attention at the moment

What problems is FlowForma Process Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been able to design forms quickly for public use, at very short notice, and at very low cost and effort. For example, our Ukrainian School Transport application process. We have stopped printing & filling many paper forms. It has had a real & measurable impact on people's lives.

What do you like best about FlowForma Process Automation?

Firstly, The user interface offered is reasonable, It is very straightforward to understand and utilize. One thing I learned, if we create a Simple flow or a complex one, we must be clear about our requirements and the logic.

And there is " No Code" involved in this process automation.

What do you dislike about FlowForma Process Automation?

Nothing! The system does everything we require it to do as a business.

What problems is FlowForma Process Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our Main Intension is to reduce the work time of our field staff, I believe we built the process flow to reduce their workload. Apart from that we planned to automate "Admin" Releated workflows to promote a " Paper-free environment".

If the requirements are well thought through and documented, it is very easy to automate new processes with FlowForma.

While some capability may require enhanced knowledge of the product, the vendor are always happy to support an organisation in creating these.

What do you dislike about FlowForma Process Automation?

I have not seen any downsides to FlowForma.

What problems is FlowForma Process Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?

FlowForma is currently supporting our organisation in the automation of operational processes where the support of a workflow is required and there are a range of stakeholders with actions as part of that workflow.

We are seeing benefits in being able to automatically track progress, prompt users to action and retain a record.

What do you like best about FlowForma Process Automation?

The conditional questioning structure and ability to automatically trigger alerts and step changes is what makes this a better tool than others I have tried before.

What do you dislike about FlowForma Process Automation?

It can be tricky to know what type of rules to apply to certain question types, however the help function is excellent and the SureStart programme does aim to get you through the first few hurdles and get you more used to using the tool.

What problems is FlowForma Process Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are new enough to FlowForma, however we have implemented some regulatory Health & Safety procedures which were previously email, excel, and paper heavy processes. Automating these processes using FlowForma has freed up time to spend on the items within these processes that need intervention.
