Flokzu is an excellent tool for automating business processes. Among its main advantages is its ease of use, since it is intuitive, direct and useful for people who don't have knowledge about programming; therefore, any member of the team may be able to handle it. It is an ally to accompany the digitization of the business: collect the information, organize the work assigning people who will carry out the tasks, you can see the results in real time and stimulate collaboration between the different areas, especially if they work remotely. It is efficient and suitable for executing processes in various areas within the organization.

I have no negative comments. It is intuitive, complete and easy to use.

Flokzu achives to be an outstanding tool to create your own personalized workflows process without writing any code. Easy to understand, and which is more important easy to explore and learn new possibilities by using all the explaining videos they offer as well as a helpful library where you can search and find all the information you are needing for. It is fair to say it could be used by a none IT person and create in a short period of time a personalized and well-designed workflow for your company.

I would say it helps me to create personalized workflows for my company in a short period of time , achieving exactly what I was looking for.

It's an intuitive, flexible, and friendly software, ideal for anyone who wants to optimize their work, business department, or company. Especially useful for people like me that don't belong to technology business, and could be able to handle it without problems.

For a department like Human Resources that is prolific in processes, it is a great solution that optimizes time and money.

I really liked several things about this software. Firstly how simple and straight forward it is, I didn´t need to know how to program to be able to use it, which, for me, it was key. Moreover, had I encounter any problem, the customer service was always ready to help me.

Another thing that was great was that it helped me work with my colleagues since it allows us to work whenever we want, and, of course, since its online it allowed us to work remotely without any trouble.

No tengo comentarios negativos, es una plataforma muy completa, es versátil y además es fácil de usar.

Es una gran herramienta. Muy simple y útil a la hora de digitalizar los procesos.

Flokzu me permitió abordar la transformación digital de forma muy gradual, comenzando con procesos simples hasta llegar a procesos más complicados.

Además me gusta la forma en que ordena mis tareas diarias y las alertas me permiten estar en conocimiento de mis procesos y sus estados.

Great for working in remote conditions, our team members are located in several countries.

Easy to create complete complex processes with BPMN.

They added the sandbox functionality to test processes before actually launching them.

I didn't find any main problem even though I'm not an IT guy. As a suggestion it could be great to be able to manage data bases directly from the process, to be able to add or delete columns and/or rows.

With Flokzu it is very easy to track status of tasks, and monitor reports (standard and customized) being able to detect bottle necks in processes working to be more efficent.

Great to collaborate between remote teams.

Flokzu was used by commercial and administration teams. We trusted Flokzu Cloud BPM Suite to coordinate the whole commercial and administrative operation. It was extremely useful to register leads/prospects detection, follow up, conversion, invoicing and product delivery. We documented and tracked everything in several processes in Flokzu and kept all lead/customers' info updated. Alarms / notifications funtionality are helpful for following up tasks and making process efficient.
