FixMe.IT is both cost and time efficient. It saves me time and money helping coworkers and clients no matter where I am. I no longer have to drive to various businesses to work on computer issues. I also can work on every computer in my office from my own office.
The only downside is having to scroll through multiple monitors. I'm not sure there is a way to have a fix for that though since I have to see what the client sees.
It helps me exchange files securly between my computer and my client. When a client or coworker calls me about an issue, I can look at the issue right away. I can hold virtual training meetings with clients from anywhere. I can install new software on every computer at the same time from my office. It saves me a lot of time, money, and energy.

It gives us a way to access PCs for clients that are not on our managed services plan which eliminates onsite visits most of the time.
All of our users have the client software on their machines as well as all of our servers. I've never had any issues with connecting ever. I've used other competing software in the past and that was something that was an occasional issue.
Nothing with the Windows version but the fact there are no iOS or Android app is a weakness.
I love how easy is to just tell users to double-click the FixMe.IT shortcut and give me the ID allowing me to connect. I can easily communicate with them without even picking up the phone using the chat feature.

After you get a lot of unattended clients, it's hard to find who you are looking for sometimes. The filter works on the descriptions but not group names

So Simple to use. Allows me to assist all of my co-workers in a snap. I use it every day! Such a great way to provide support for my users
It requires user to turn on machine. Wish I could turn it on remotely but typically not an issue.
FixMe.IT allows me to see exactly what is happening on a user's desktop and control the mouse if necessary to assist them in fixing the errors that may occur in any program. It is also a great training tool because they can also watch me fix their machine so they know how to fix it themselves the next time.
That it's so responsive and suffers from very little lag

The price is reasonable. It is easy for my colleague to run it from a browser. I can install unattended access easily. it is my 2nd year to renew the software.

More and more software is implementing multi-authentication through SMS, email, or google authenticator app.

SInce CoVID-19, all of my colleagues have been working from with laptops. I can use fixme.It to support them and help solve any IT related issues.

Easy to use with all the functions you need as an IT person fixing things remotely. I can setup unattended access which will allow me to remote in when no one is present on the other end. Also, the screen does not go blank when doing admin setting changes on other end.
My list of unattended PCs are not always present in groups that I setup. In terms of mangement of an environment this isnt the best software but I am sure they can improve this feature going forward.
It's the cheapest remote support software on the market, and for the price, you get everything you need. I looked at many other types of software, and I chose this one over the others any day. I have even recommended this to clients and other IT professionals
I am fixing any IT related issue while not needing to be on site by connecting remotely. This software will also allow me to reboot the machine and send files to it.

I like the fact that we can set it up for use by the team to be able to share resources to better enable remote support. The ease of use makes it very adaptable for all our team with very little footprint on the client machine for unattended setup.
No support for Mac/IOS and Linux. We have a mix of users and we are not currently able to support our Linux or Apple/MacOS clients but from what I hear support on MacIOS is coming.
This product offers the best bang for the buck. One thing the is missing is the support for MacOS and Linux, but it appears that MacOS support is on the horizon. Great product and always easy to deal with.
With the increase of work from home, we were seamlessly able to support the remote workforce with little to no downtime. We were able to control and support when needed.
