"Very advanced and modern tool to map processes, role models, workflows within a company"
What do you like best about FireStart?

- very simple overview for process owners

- very easy handling for process modeling

- Fulfillment of the ISO9001 standard requirements

- modern surface

- great and fast support team

- great help and requested changes are taken very seriously and if they make sense usually implemented quickly or otherwise an alternative solution is offered

What do you dislike about FireStart?

- In the process portal, the settings regarding the English language should be more consistent

- Better overview per user, where this user is stored everywhere (e.g. process owner, user etc.)

Recommendations to others considering FireStart:

- Use the possibility of test licenses and visit possibly companies, which already use FireStart - this will convince you fast

What problems is FireStart solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Better overview of our processes and roles in the company

- At the moment, we have only set a workflow for approving processes - but in the long run, many release topics can hopefully be mapped via workflows in FireStart

"Firestart is a very good BPA Tool."
What do you like best about FireStart?

The Model designer is very intuitive and comfortable. Creating and editing models works perfectly.

Firestart is easy to learn. It really is low code. Other tools that I have seen tell they are low code, but instead you really need a developer.

What do you dislike about FireStart?

Access to different systems is not uniform

What problems is FireStart solving and how is that benefiting you?

Process Automation for our company and BPA project implementations for customers

We had very successful projects with relatively short implementation time.

We see a high customer satisfaction.

Great intuitive Workflow and Forms Designer that perfect interact with other systems like SharePoint, TEAMS,...

What do you dislike about FireStart?

The roadmap for future features and improvements could be more transparent.

Each requirement, that follows a process, can be realized with FireStart like digital document signatures, approvals, transfer data from one system to anoter - based on user inputs or triggers.

BPM & Workflow Automation in one integraed Tool. If no Interface to other Applikations is an place you can use the UiPath RPA integration for automation

- quick Wins for digitization of processes via low code approach

- many predefined activities

- easy connection to third-party systems via business entities

- possibility to enhance forms via html control if needed

- task deployment via MS Teams or direct delivery into Outlook (form is rendered if plugin is installed)

What do you dislike about FireStart?

- deputy regulation only in client

- so far no form templates can be created (but planned)

- no integrated escalation of tasks (needs to be modeled separately)

easy to evaluate with free trial without the need to setup own hardware

What do you like best about FireStart?

Possibility to automate notification and execution/escalation structure between different departments.

Option of filling word or pdf documents also is very usefull and can be used in many cases to automate administration procedures.

Support team reacts very quickly and professionally on requests.

What do you dislike about FireStart?

Software is difficult to start with at the begining. Configuration might be confusing. Available documentation is rather basic. It is definitly good move that Firestart team is now working on preparing workflows examples and entire Academy structure to make learning process of Firestart easier.

What problems is FireStart solving and how is that benefiting you?

Notification between different departments. Automation of emails sent to clients. Employee onboarding and offboarding procedures. Saves time and prevent mistakes.
