The data it gives while interviewing a candidate is simply amazing. This data are decision maker in the hiring process
Sometimes it just hang and reconnects. This may cause disturbance in understanding a candidate or vice versa
Data it provides while interviewing is very helpful, like number of times the candidate switched the tab, has the candidate been interviwed before etc...
Employers are able to see candidates' technical skills before hiring them. As an administrator I find tests are very easy to create.
Candidates have mentioned they would like to have at least one more attempt if they don't do well after taking a test. They also mentiined Interview tests are time consuming and it's difficult for them to find continuous time slot to complete the tests; They are worried about the consequences if they fail the tests.
We are bridging the gap between showcasing candidates' skills, whereas other job matching platforms do not offer. Our program support newcomers to Canada in finding employment, Filtered is an excelent tool for them because they don't have Canadian Experience. This allows employers to see their skills level.

Super user friendly, was able to spin up an assessment using their library or custom questions very quickly, and easily get it posted or sent out directly. The security features were also great - detected other open tabs, copy/pasting, location via IP address, if multiple people were looking at the assessment, etc. the support was also great, they have a love chat feature and I can't tell you how many times Oliver helped me interpret results or craft an appropriate assessment.
I do not have any complaints, it was a positive experience.
There has been a problem with falsified resumes and proctored interviews - Filtered.ai helps ensure the person your working with is the person taking the assessment, and allows a candidate to truly demonstrate their skills. Client managers also really enjoy being able to review the results, as it differentiates a candidate from the dozens of other resumes they're reviewing.
Intuitive nature, use of AI to detect anomalies in the environment, as well as in the searches they perform while on the interview.
Nothing, the support was excellent, ability to customize tests or use out-of-the-box options. Nothing not to like!
