Secure platform and good compliance management, imolematation is easy, on-prem integration is easy and good support good frequency

I don't have one in specific for the tool functionality itself so far but maybe getting rewards for being old customers.

File sharing is the main use for us and sharing big files to end customers securely.

FileCloud provides robust security measures to protect your files and data. It offers encryption on both during transmission and at rest.

Setting up and managing the platform might require some technical expertise.

It provides on premise deployment which helps to meet specific data governance and compliance requirements.

Filecloud does not need any coding. angone can setup a process and do more things without codes. It also shows a realtime reports on one click. It supposts lage file support and have inbuilt DICOM image previee so users are able to share medical reports in DICOM format.

It has high security compliance and hence provide a smart data leak protectipn with record management

Liscensing fileckoud can be critical at times. Liscences expires causing a downtimes randomely. The process setup is time consuming which may be frustrating at times. There are some Occasional glutches with platform disturbing the workflows and productivity.

Pricing plans are comparatively higher than other clod based file sharing products.

It offers an extensive range if features that cater ti the diverse needs kf our business, including file sharing, remote acces, file management, recovery. Ut provides with the built in enterprise-grade security feature and ensures that sensive data is protected from any kind of cyber threat.

Secure File Sharing with customers

FileCloud is one of the best cloud file storage solutions, with lots of useful features such as their Sync desktop applications to allow users to sync files on the go. Support has been great with quick response times and helpful engineers.

One feature I would like added to FileCloud is the ability to have more granular sync settings within FileCloud Drive and File Cloud Sync. However, I'm aware that these may be merging in the future and may have different features.

This product is great for remote staff that need to get files to and from head office in a quick and efficient way.

I ran an efficient business due to quick response and prompt response in providing support.

Actually, I didn't have a negative side, the return speed was better than I expected.

I needed support because I had to back up my existing files and follow my current list closely.

The security is easily the best. It's nice knowing that what you are sending is secure and at the same time is compliant with all the DoD-related restrictions that we face.

Sometimes creating users can be difficult. I would create a user for someone we are sending files to and they cant login to their account. Usually resolved by deleting and remaking.

Compliance is the biggest problem that is being solved. It's difficult to find services that are approved for the various compliances we need to follow and FileCloud fits us perfectly. The realization of assurance is easily the biggest benefit considering how stressful compliance can be.

FileCloud is the most useful tool for data sharing. Also, it is secure, flexible, reliable, and platform-independent. This tool is very simple, light occupies very less space and of course user friendly.

As per experience, the uploading speed of the files/folders can be increased, if that works out, it'll be great to use. Also, frankly speaking, the cost of this platform is quite high, if we need additional storage that kind of cost also is high, and that is what we feel. Rest all fine.

The major issue we faced earlier is File/Data sharing outside the organization. If we shared, then the question arises as to what about security. After that, we got to know about FileCloud. All our questions were sorted out with this. Right now, the mobile application is also one of the key factors of this Filecloud.
