The best feature about Fiix is that it is easy to use by the main key users whom are the Maintenance team members, People that are spending most of their time on the floor shops to fix things. In any CMMS software there should be a balance between the simplicity and capabilities that the software provides to you, Looks like Fiix has found this balance point. Plus the Support team are doing a great job.
Reporting module could be more user friendly, though the analytics dashboard is there to help with this.

The software’s ease of use and excellent customer support allowed our business to flawlessly replace a legacy CMMS that added little to no value to our maintenance operating system. FiiX analytics and an array of customizable dashboards have helped our maintenance team shift focus toward planned and predictive maintenance. Machine operators can now perform and track autonomous maintenance tasks as first lime TPM, allowing our TPM maintenance crews to focus on the work orders that require trade skills to complete. Our next phase will be to roll out FiiX Asset Predictor, which will help sustain our OEE and availability KPIs, helping us reach our potential business output.
Nothing from a functional use or support as both have been excellent.
As our business shifts toward Digital manufacturing FiiX will allow us to harvest the edge data from machines to give us a predictive model of business performance and risk mitigation.

Fiix works great! The program has everything you need to manage your maintenance parts inventory. We have had it for over a year, and I am still learning about what it can do for us daily. You can track where your inventory is used and how often it is used there. The ability to monitor your assets and how often they are down is fantastic. Fiix also allows you to attach a list of parts that is used on each asset (machine) to that asset (machine), so if the need were there you could implement a kitting program for PM's. Beyond all of it's capabilities, the never ending means of support is great. You can also chat within the Fiix community with other users and chew on some things that they may be able to help you with.
I think the inventory cycle count program needs help. How our inventory is located numerically in the system interferes with the systems ability to give us what we desire. With that being said, it is still a very useful tool within our facility. As i mentioned earlier, the Fiix system is still rather new here, so it may be something we need to work out on our end.
Fiix has solved all of our issues with asset management. Tracking where our inventory goes and how often will allow us better to monitor the item or items and the machine itself. Being able to easily track where parts are being applied is such a great tool. This feature will allow a company to monitor usuage per item or asset. Being able to visibly see each asstets parts usage can alert the company that maybe theres more of a problem with that asset other than needing a part change. We havent even scratched the surface of what Fiix is capable of.
I love the versatility and flexibility of FIIX. Also the tutorials are well explain. In addition, I appreciate the follow-up with my FIIX liaison officer. She makes sure we are satisfied with the FIIX product. The FIIXER blog is very helpful. This blog helps us stay connected to what's going on in the industry.
What I like less is creating personalized reports, it's cumbersome. But I know the Research and Development team is working on a more user-friendly product.
We have increased our efficiency. Tracking files is really easy. We have tools in FIIX that allow us to improve our weak points and solidify our strong points.
This system is very frindly to it's users and a very effictive tool.
There's not much not to like. the only thing I would like to see is more for warning of updates

Fiix is a great asset to any company big or small to have.
Being able to set up auto reoccurring PMs and having notifications. The ability to have good documented notes that can be used between all maintenance guys.
Only downside is dont have the full capabilities on the app as the site in setting things up, but the app does provide a good amount.
Dont have to worry about notes and logs being lost. Or lack of info on assets.
