What do you like best about Fieldguide?

Fieldguide has built reliable communication infrastructure between the company and our clients. It tracks progress of tasks to enhance effective workflow. It gives clear directions to our sales and marketing agents on the field on how to interact and engage potential customers.

What do you dislike about Fieldguide?

The software has provided the best services in line with my career. I have not experienced any performance barrier that could affect performance.

What problems is Fieldguide solving and how is that benefiting you?

It provides timeframes for the implementation of given tasks and projects. It monitors data networks across the organization on relationship of various departments. Fieldguide mitigates sales and marketing risks with real-time insights.

An amazing platform for audit and assurance teams which provides one stop solution to these firms for managing all the audit engagements without the need of downloading and saving files

What do you dislike about Fieldguide?

I haven't found any point of dislike till now, the platform is good enough and is really helpful for all the audit & assurance practice firms, it's a complete resource in itself.

What problems is Fieldguide solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier, the softwares that were used involves too many steps right from downloading the forms, filling the details, submitting again, but with Fieldguide, this process has become efficient, we have got everything at one single place.

What do you like best about Fieldguide?

A terrific app platform for the audit practice firms which provides end to end workflow environment which helps in reducing the overall time as there is no need for downloading and saving files. Their customer support team is too good, very responsive and always open for feedback and suggestions.

What do you dislike about Fieldguide?

There is nothing to dislike, as this app is really a must needed platform for the audit assurance firms with easy and smooth user interface, all time support and easy solutions.

What problems is Fieldguide solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are other similar software but that has been really time consuming and there are some or the other flaws but with Fieldguide, it is all easy to go in very simple and user friendly steps, it's simply all the things in one place.

What do you like best about Fieldguide?

The Fieldguide platform has been a terrific time saver for our audit teams by providing an end-to-end workflow environment for us to complete engagements without the need to ever download and save files. Clients have commented on how easy the platform is for them to use for uploading documents and evidence as well.

Easy to connect with your team in real time and work on documents simultaneously and linking the documents for better workflow.

Pricing can be reduced to attract more users to use this tool.

What do you like best about Fieldguide?

Ease of the request and reporting features.

What do you dislike about Fieldguide?

That the filters carry from one sheet to another sheet.

We used a spreadsheet for our information request items. It was a hassle for our clients and us to keep track of things. The @mention feature allows us to communicate with our clients and keep track of conversations instead of searching through old emails.

Document management - moving documents, renaming, deleting, signing off, etc. The ability to edit in bulk would be useful.
