The ease of clicking to chart. Everything is spelled out, where it is at and how to work it.
How difficult it is to go from one area to another. If I want to go into a different part of the chart I have to completely back out.
It is easy to chart in the system. Everything is clearly marked. Things can be added if needed, which is helpful for the nursing staff
Everything is located in the chart. There is a way to play with the chart and locate things without causing issues
Simple software system. Not too elaborate.
Seems archaic in design. Needs some updates.
Take time to get to navigate the system.
Easily able to download and print previous records and clearance for previous patients.
User friendly, minimal charting. Ability to sign in and go between different departments.
Too many prompts or clicking to get where you need to go. Needs to be updated.
Finding information I need quickly. Benefits of using & going between different departments and being able to accomplish multiple functions.
It’s organized really nicely with tabs and all.
It’s rough around the edges still, but looks to be improving.
Decent PM EHR integrated system.
Speed of program when it works. Functions are pretty straight forward.
Customer service and support. Never get the answer for the same problem. Always get different answers to the same problem that occurs every other day.
Research before using
Health program. Not really any benefits
The system provides a simple layout that is easy to use for a straightforward navigation.
Does not appear to be designed with healthcare in mind. Navigating is difficult and the amount of free typing that has to be done is not conducive of a good work flow.
This is our day-to-day RN charting system; it is paired with another program (Chartlink?) that the MDs use. People are continuously frustrated- they recently did an update and the only apparent change is the colors of the text boxes.
Nothing I like about this system at all. It is not user friendly. It is the worst
Everything about this system is bad. Not user friendly. Does not work. Does not let us bill Medicaid interim bills
Do not purchase
THere are no benefits to this system except that it is cheap. Put more money in your pockets & let your workers deal with this cheap pathetic system
Absolutely nothing. Since implementation, I have not heard a single positive thing about this system from anyone in the facility.
It's like going back in time. - Our clinic physicians cannot even get a diagnosis across the interface so charges can be billed. We are literally having our physicians hand write orders and diagnosis codes. In relation to that, the providers also do not get a notification they have outstanding lab results and it is so difficult for them to go back and forth between results and their documentation that we are now printing paper copies of results and giving them to the physicians. You read that correctly, we are seriously back on paper using this system.
The system software appears as though it has not been updated since before Windows came out. The lab module is the worst; we're basically back to DOS for many of our functions. For example, if we want to report a "less than," we type @< the number. Sometimes it's a forward slash. Sometimes it's a C for comment. Sometimes it's "COM" for comment. Actually, this system is SO BAD, it cannot even recognize lower case letters in any part of the software or punctuation in any test descriptions.
To add to the software problems (see above), the employees have fancy titles (implementation architect, client success manager, data management specialist) but are, for the most part incompetent. We have had to submit information four or five times to get anything done. If someone is finally responsive to our questions and problems, my most common answer has been along the lines of "that is beyond the capabilities of the software," "we are not set up to provide that function," etc. The other most common response is "I don't know why it is doing that."
I have been doing this job for 30 years and this is company and its product are barely one step above the original DOS programs and LIS systems that did not interface. It does interface with our analyzers but they cannot even do that right.
I feel like I get pushed around from "specialist" to "specialist" and get the same answers over and over, which is that they cannot meet our needs.
We are having to hire a full time IT person just to handle all the problems we are having. You get what you pay for and this company has caused us so much time and frustration and cost way too much for the end result. STAY AWAY!!!
STAY AWAY!!!
Again, nothing. This system has caused us more problems, cost us money in the sense of reimbursements and their a la carte training and services have made it more expensive as time goes on.

The software has the best appointment features, and they all bring a concrete way of handling meetings. Further, the development of reminders, which allows proper customer assistance.
