The software is good to use and user friendly. I have referred candidates many times and have got rewarded.

I didn't find anything as such thing that i dont like

Tracking referrals and closing it is a big task and ERIN is doing it the best way.

I have got the referral bonus for it.

It was very easy to use and self explanatory. Your able to track your bonuses and see when they would be paid out.

There was nothing that I disliked about ERIN.

There are no problems that I'm aware of.

Updates are being posted accordingly specially the opening positions.

The applicants status have sometimes delay in Referral tabs.

Also if we could add more features, like on-going New Promotions.

Access outside office also needed for the mobile applications.

It gives venue to provide feedback and solve the problem.

The UX is great. Very simple. I love that it saves previous candidates information and auto fills in other positions.

It could be improved by being more accurate with the date of payment, and with the terminology used in explaining what date referrals will be paid. "Eligible" doesn't tell me much; I want to know when it will hit my bank account.

It's helping my friends and former colleagues easily apply, and allowing me to put in a good word for them.

With the use of ERIN, I am able to refer multiple people to different roles with one click. I am able to read the details of each job role to have better insight of what is required for employment. Also, knowing the incentives of each referral is great.

I have not had any downsides to using this program.

ERIN automatically sends out information to my referrals about their hiring experience so that I do not have to follow up myself.

The simplicity in the referral process/submission

Having to ask for updates from the referral team as the status' were not update automatically

ERIN is assisting the organization in meeting their employee modeling/hiring goals.

I used the platform to find new job positions in my organization. I found it well organized with enogh information about the jobs. It was easy to apply, referre, and follow up with the aplication. I specially liked the refferal part more convenient compare to othet competitors.

Not all the aplications get picked up by recrutires. It would be great if Erin would follow up with pending aplications with recruters to either accept or reject them!

The way Erin is showing the aplication status and referal part is very usfull. It helps me understant at what stage is pending!

I like how easy it is to refer someone in the portal. It also is super helpful to see where your referral is in the interview process.

I can't think of anything! As someone that has only used this in the interview process, I never had any issues.
