It was very easy to use and self explanatory. Your able to track your bonuses and see when they would be paid out.

Not all the aplications get picked up by recrutires. It would be great if Erin would follow up with pending aplications with recruters to either accept or reject them!
The way Erin is showing the aplication status and referal part is very usfull. It helps me understant at what stage is pending!
