It has Bonus tracking and smart referrals AI that suggests potential candidates among their contacts and sends notifications for quicker results. By utilising the workforce for referrals, recruitment costs are reduced significantly. They promote the customers' brand identity and culture by customising their mails and the ERIN portal. The product features automated emails, real-time notifications, participation incentives, ATS integrations, a Dashboard, Referral Management tools, and more. Users can add their contacts from their phone, LinkedIn, Gmail and Outlook account to suggest referrals. There is enough scope in the product for transparency and allows users to access data about referrals, hirings, and bonuses. The product also includes the app used by the staff to refer their contacts anytime, anywhere.
