What do you like best about Enthu.ai?

Enthu stands out with it's simplistic yet stylish interface. Making a technical application easy to use for non-technical users whilst providing an empowering and seamless experience. Enthu is rich in it's product offering and features, which are constantly reviewed to ensure the best solutions are available to it's users.

What do you dislike about Enthu.ai?

We have been using Enthu.Ai for around 4-6 months so thus far nothing to dislike about the product. On the contrary, a few recommendations made to the Enthu team were able to provide solutions and implement new features.

What problems is Enthu.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Enthu is helping us deep dive into a high volume of calls which would otherwise require significant time, resource and effort. Through it's rich features we are able to look at elements surrounding the call at a granular level and identify areas of improvement instantly.

Enthu.AI has improved our ability to analzye each interaction with our clients. This easy to use platform allows managment to quickly identify key metrics as well as customer service interactions. In a fast paced enviroment, this tool allows us to make quick decisions and provide in-the -moment feedback to our team - moving our business forward. Enthu. AI is a one stop!

What do you like best about Enthu.ai?

The UI is clean and fresh, you can pick up the product in a few hours. Unlike our previous speech partner that took 6 months to configure.

Low implementation costs and good value on a monthly agent subscription fee

Transcription is the best i;ve worked with and really quick to start gaining insight and results from agent feedback.

The team are attentive and passionate about delivering a good service, they also are willing to take ideas and implement the product from users experience

Highly recommend to any Contact centre of telephony sales team !

What do you dislike about Enthu.ai?

It still lacks the customer word cloud trends and specific metric coaching points that i have seen in other leading analytic products. I hear that these are features coming in 2024

What do you like best about Enthu.ai?

Enthu.ai is easy to use and a great tool used to summarize interactions. The training and onboarding process that I was provided by Tushar was easy to follow along.

This product has made it easier to see an overall performance of my team. The transcripts and ability to search keywords has been very useful when providing feedback and coaching my team.

Enthu.ai customer support is outstanding. If I have a question or concern, I receive a response almost immediately.

I am excited to use all the features Enthi.ai has to offer.

What do you dislike about Enthu.ai?

At this time I can't say there is anything that I dislike.

What problems is Enthu.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Enthui.ai has assisted in the monitoring of phone calls and providing us the opportunities we may have when it comes to quality assurance.

Enthu.ai provided a seamless onbarding process. They were quick to answer any questions, and customized the technology to the needs of our company. The look of the technology is very clean and easy to understand.

What do you like best about Enthu.ai?

Integration with our telephony took just a minute. We could start using Enthu right on day 1.

The entire program is quite intuitive and simple to use, and doesn’t need extensive training. Checking calls for quality, especially in a regulated industry like ours, is always a challenge but ENthu makes it a breeze.

The support is exceptional. They have been closely involved in the setup and beyond, making sure we extract value from the program.

What do you dislike about Enthu.ai?

Nothing much that I could complain about, but they should consider adding role specific dashboards within the platform. Also, ChatGPT is the talk of the town, I would be interested to see how they build in the generative AI features on calling data.

What problems is Enthu.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

We do consultative selling where an advisor needs to educate a prospect with the right medicare plans. The conversations need to be regulation compliant, at the same time ensure agents are explaining the product features & benefits right. Enthu helps us understand the agents that go haywire often, and we feed these signals for better agent coaching.

The time spent in monitoring calls has reduced by multiple hours while the conversation gaps have also seen a significant dip.

What do you like best about Enthu.ai?

The platform is easy to use. You can organize the calls by team and get insight on key moments of the calls. It can also send feedback to the agents and their leads and their support team helps you tailor them up if needed.

What do you dislike about Enthu.ai?

The spanish translation engine gives fair results but it can be improved

What problems is Enthu.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to have a transcription of each call speeds up the analysis by 50% compated to the recordings from other sources. Their support team makes sure the platform is constantly upgraded.

What do you like best about Enthu.ai?

I like Enthu because it is user friendly or easy to navigate. The interface is intuitive and visually appealing. It is designed to be simple and straightforward, with clear instructions and guidance. This makes it easy for me to find the information that I need quickly and efficiently.

What do you dislike about Enthu.ai?

Unfortunately, it was expensive AI. In spite of our efforts to negotiate the price with the developers, they refused to do so. We had no choice but to look for alternatives.

What problems is Enthu.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's easy to use and I can export report quickly. It saves me time and I can access it from any device. The data is secure and reliable. I can even share the analysis with my agents.

Flexibility to use and ease of onbaording. I particularly liked the entire experience with Enthu team, how they onboarded us and how they supported us in adoption of the software. Of course, the great RoIs they provide is phenomenal

They don't have a few automation inbuilt. But I believe they are working on it.
