eMaint is an excellent all-around platform for CMMS. I can keep track of WO's concisely. If I need a KPI customer support has always customized what I am needing to ensure that I am gathering the correct information.
The only issue I have had that is a dislike is the inability to change certain items. Contacting customer support always gets the items corrected but it would be nice not to need to go through customer support for the issue. Customer support has laways been suportive and remedy the issue quickly but it is a nisance
I have lowered my total WO count and my total spend by pulling that information out of reports. Total downtime is calculated clearly. I can tell operations managers how long a piece of equipment has been down based on the data from eMaint.

We have created a company-wide safety program using eMaint. The work orders are automatically generated, contain videos to deliver a consistent message with multiple languages, and makes tracking easy.
eMaint helps me to send the reports of the issues in the hotel to the Maintenance department in a simple way. the application is very intuitive, allowing me to save time.
At the moment I haven't seen any downside to this tool. As soon as I make a report in the system, the technician of the maintenance department can see the issue and solve it.
We use eMaint to report the issues to the maintenance department, issues as a lamp not working properly, or an electricity failure. Before we used to report everything through phone calls, resulting in having to make many calls during the day to make sure that the assistance was given.

Ease of navigation and interface make for all users to be able to jump into the system and work quickly. Customer support are always very quick to respond to any question. eMaint U is a wonderful reference to pick up tricks and tips along the way. And the support system is unparalleled in my opinion. We have also expanded the scale with which we have used eMaint. it started with five of our facilities and we have since added three more facilities and are about to implement this into a ninth facility by summer. With each additional facility added the flow of implementation gets better and launching becomes a seamless transition for everyone involved.
All in all, eMaint, is a system that makes for exceptionally easy implementation and use. Their education links allow for learning opportunities and webinars offer a wide array of topics to continue to learn and develop your knowledge of the system.
From time to time there are updates that change what is seen to the user. Most of these make for easier daily use, but every once in a while the system update feels a little clunky. As with any new product, there is a paradigm shift involved with changing how things are done. With eMaint this shift was noticeable but all staff eventually became accustomed to the new procedures.
We are able to get rid of the communication gap in regards to work orders. The system also provides a paper trail for keeping track of all work that is coming up or has been recently completed.
I like its easy interface , with its easy to use system i can find parts quickly and perform my repairs in a timely manner

eMaint is an extremely user friendly software! This CMMS allows you to empower your team and organization to excel in every aspect. From OEE metrics to simple work order management, this software does it all. The new X5 platform is structured tremendously better allowing for a more powerful output with reporting.
The scheduler tool has a super intuitive UI that allows dragging and dropping work orders onto the calendar, viewing work order details from the scheduler, and much more.
Dashboards are amazing and I'm really looking to the next improvements! The ability to customize a dashboard for one or many people becomes very useful with providing everyone with the information that they want and need to see immediately.
I dislike the lack of mobility and communication within eMaint. You can setup workflows to notify people of updates but then all of the communications get left out of the system. Lack of mobility inhibits floor personnel from using the system. Technicians end up waiting until breaks or other periods to update the system rather than having a great UI that allows them to complete what they need to in a flash.
I dislike the long development timelines. Sometimes it can take a few months to see major improvements or bug resolutions.
I dislike the lack of customization and development in the interactive plans. Though recent improvements in X4 make them much more powerful, there is a lot of area to make them amazing.
eMaint has proved itself time and time again. Having the ability to look at simple work order history that allows you to pinpoint a reoccurring failure on an asset and using the information for RCAs has allowed the organization make strategic plans. Other metrics such as, employee utilization and MTBF/MTTR, have increased planning and team strategy.
