First, the system is flexible. This allows describing any business processes that involve external and internal systems, as well as people from different departments. With ELMA BPM, we managed to quickly automate complex loan processes for different products. Second, apart from being flexible, the system can be integrated with any other software available for integration. And third, processes can be built with the “no-code” approach, meaning that we can create new processes without participation of programmers.

You have to thoroughly plan the processes before and after implementing them. If a company isn’t ready for that, and expects an out-of-the-box solution to cover all their requirements, then we wouldn’t recommend purchasing this system.

We are still studying all the system’s capabilities. But judging from what we have seen so far, we can say that investing in the system was definitely worth it, and it will still be so in the future. By the present moment, we have managed to digitize the least transparent retail loan processes. By introducing the loan pipeline for different products we unified the processes that used to be isolated.

ELMA CRM allowed us to automate business processes of our company easily, and improve the organizational structure of our workplace. In comparison with other similar systems, ELMA is much simpler. Creating a new business process is as simple as adding new fields

The system works slowly. Speaking about functionality, some features might be added.

For example, multiple CRMs would be more efficient for leads management than the Kanban dashboard.

I would recommend ELMA to other companies. Based on our experience, I can say that

the system can be adapted to any needs. We could customize the system and scale it, when

our sales grew.

We mainly use the system to increase traffic and manage sales. With ELMA we can attract a great number of potential customers. And the customers who stayed with us referred favourably to the system.

ELMA offers an initiative and user-friendly interface, flexible and easy-to-use app settings, and a possibility of creating different scripts for processes, according to different needs of the application. Base functionality includes Kanban boards for managing statuses of application objects. The software provides users with excellent tools for business process modeling with a possibility to add unconventional features by means of programming. Another benefit is a quick setup of an email client and other external services. ELMA constantly develops the system’s core functionality, improves its features and performance.

Basic task features are limited. For example, it’s impossible to assign a task to a group of employees, set up the execution control, or separate access rights in group tasks of business processes. A basic feature for separation of access rights of an app might cause problems with access to connected objects. Deep customization of processes requires programming in an implemented editor - this is the only aspect of the system that requires special knowledge.

I recommend this application for automation of business processes whose needs are different from possibilities of a standard ERP system.

Overall, implementation of the solution doesn’t take much time. You can implement the system in 3-10 days, depending on how complex business processes of your company are. ELMA helps our company to solve the following tasks: procurement, management and approval of contracts, approval of payments, management of HR applications, the hiring process, management of internal document flow, handling of claims and requests, management of internal projects, managing of promotions. The ELMA system allowed us to make a quick and effective shift to digital document flow management, which, in turn, prevented numerous errors and mistakes in the company’s processes due to human errors.

There are several reasons why our developers are keen on ELMA365. They like the Typescript language that is used to create scripts, as it provides for type safety. The product also ensures an error-free document management and API with rich opportunities.

Our implementation teams usually consist of 3-5 analysts and only one developer. That is exactly why ELMA365 is loved by our managers – work of programmers might be quite expensive. In the past, when we used other software, proportions were the opposite.

We implement ELMA365 for clients that need to automate project or process management. For small companies (50-100 employees) we usually don’t need to involve programmers at all: our analysts can handle the set up themselves. For bigger clients engaging programmers is often necessary. At the same time though, any process can be automated in the system – it’s always possible to develop the system in a way that it allows automation of any processes.

As for me, I like how the debugging process was set up in the system. There is no need for business analysts to distract their colleagues, use several profiles, or stop the application operation, as they can test business processes of any complexity themselves. With the help of debugging you can see how the automated processes will be seen in the system, what messages and notifications business users might receive, and how they will use the interface. You can debug in a single browser window and under a single user account, and even when other users are actively working in the system. With the debugging process you can set up the system faster, which is why ELMA is better than other similar software.

In order to reach a bigger number of clients I would like to supplement the system and add a pipeline module. While DMN allows increasing the quality and speed of implementation for bigger companies, the project pipeline designed for organization and optimization of workflow of different projects is perfect for smaller companies.

In general, I’ve had good experience working in the system. Its functionality is rich, and there are unlimited possibilities for development. The only flaw is that sometimes programmers decide to upgrade the program on weekdays, which, in turn, causes problems in our processes.

However, ELMA365 is developing by leaps and bounds, so it won't take long for it to become a simple solution for any business case.

The greatest thing in ELMA365 is the model of low-code. It's designed to be accessible. You need to keep and monitor the registry of products' delivery? Easy! Wanna authomate your HR's work? No-single-code-line! Of course, complex tasks require complex solutions, and it's the sad part of the story. However, optimisation has it's own limits, so I think it's the natural course of things.

As the chief of the IT department, I am extremely concerned about the technical features of the system, I talk about a speed of deployment and stable performance. Well, ELMA has it all. I need to be honest, this product isn’t easy to use, but this is a dark feature of all solutions for modeling business processes and the main problem is that you must clearly understand what and why you are modeling. Once you manage to get it clear, ELMA will be able to provide you with a complete toolkit for digitalizing your business. For example, our business analysts noted the high speed of implementation of the company's electronic document management system, reliable storage of documents and fast and convenient modeling of business processes on the fly. Powerful directory system with which you can just work miracles. Since ELMA is a powerful combine, you can use all possible extensions that you find in Elma-store or even develop your own solutions.

It's pretty interesting that the strongest side of the system is its most vulnerable point, ELMA can offer the crazy opportunities for digitalization and integration, but out of the box everything seems too empty and can be unfriendly for the user. However, a proper preparation for deployment and the correct transfer of your existing business data to the system can smooth this difficult moment out.

The main key is to understand that automation should be useful and user-friendly, but not to be an automation for automation. And when you get it ELMA will help you to get a result you want.

In our work, we use almost everything that ELMA can offer to our business, especially we work closely with the company's document flow, thereby, the implementation of the system, we managed to significantly increase the speed of document flow, as well as reduce the number of errors. Now all our documents are in the system, we call it "our Google" where each user can easily find the data he needs.

As a person that understands design, I especially appreciate a user-friendly and pleasant interface! I supervise a team of designers that works on numerous tasks from different departments. Before ELMA, I used to assign tasks orally. I would often struggle to remember who works on which tasks, so I regularly asked my team about projects they were working on and their stages. Thus, the main advantage of the system is the opportunity to assign and reassign tasks, track their statuses of completion. I can have a look at the working process of the department and there is no need to distract my team from the working process. Another important advantage is the ability to carry out all business processes in a single system. What I mean is that you can do everything in the system – from understanding tasks of your department to drawing up or approving leave applications. IT solutions are developing rapidly, and many companies use several systems for various tasks. In our company this process is streamlined, all the processes are managed in ELMA 365.

Usually, there is a constant tension to fix and improve something, but I can`t think of any considerable drawbacks of ELMA 365. Probably, the most challenging thing is to settle into the habit of working with the system daily, but this can be easily changed.

If you want to bring a positive change to internal and external processes of your company, invest in its development. ELMA will deal with routine and time consuming tasks, and you will have extra time to improve your business.

Top-3 issues:

1. From planning to control. Our department always has a pool of tasks, and as a manager I can plan and monitor work of every employee in the long run. All deadlines are fixed and if some of the tasks are overdue, the system will send a notification automatically.

2. Deadlines and urgent tasks. When all of the tasks are in one system we can prioritize them easily.

3. The last one is a positive consequence of the change. Automation of most of the management tasks allowed me to devote time to important tasks I hadn`t had a chance to get around before that.

ELMA 365 has a great number of different modules, which allows to carry out most processes of the company in one place, and creates a comfortable environment for colleagues. For example, we don`t need numerous CRM/BPM systems to get in touch with administrative personal from different departments

During the implementation of the system we didn`t encounter any disadvantages that interfere with the working process. There are a few things that could be improved, but they are not critical. Moreover, we know that the development team works hard to improve the program constantly, and, as users, we are very happy about that

You will understand how much your business loses. I`m glad that we have taken a step forward automation. I wish we have done it earlier.

When you select candidates for a job position you need to hold several interviews, review test tasks and reach agreements. We used to proceeed all that via messengers. When 3 candidates applied at the same time a technical specialist or a project manager responsible for supervision would often get confused. Which test task were they looking through? Whose CV was that? When and where should they meet the next candidate? In short, it was an endless flow of information, and we were always afraid that we would make a mistake by employing a wrong person. We wanted to systemize and automate the whole process. What did we get? Clear statuses of work with each candidate. All tasks connected with interviews are completed in a timely manner. Details about candidates are stored in a single place and convenient format. We can view the history of our interactions even after 2-3 months.

ELMA is a simple and user-friendly low-code platform that helps save time and money for training of your employees. In ELMA you can automate the company’s business processes without involving developers. ELMA provides their users with detailed manuals and special training courses. With the help of these materials a business analyst can set up a business process in a few hours. In the system you can create several user interfaces for different groups of employees, providing them with the necessary information only. In this case, the work can be started easily and smoothly.

There are not enough extensions of the processes. The existing extensions are rather simplistic. I think in the future these features will be improved, though. At the moment the system can be integrated with any external system, and you can develop business processes of any complexity with the help of developers.

We have automated tasks connected with the sales processes (request processing, preparation of quotations, approval of contracts). We have also fully automated such administrative processes as HR and accounting. Now we mostly use digital documents. Approval and execution control processes are digitized as well.
