Iam using the Drop thought platform for obtaining and managing feedback. The user interface was very simple. Even those with a basic understanding of technology it is very easy to use, and the feedback process as a whole is more streamlined

Having used similar offerings from Google and Microsoft, Dropthought picks up where those two platforms leave off. The service is easy to use, and very intuitive. It is very easy to create programs (campaigns), integrate/deploy them, and start collecting the results to use that data as needed. I am already thinking of different ways Dropthought can be used in our environment.
The onboarding checklist should be a little easier to suppress, but it is probably helpful to have for most non-Admin users.
End-user satisfaction was the primary reason for implementing Dropthought, and it has been a much better experience for our end-users as well as our management team. Now we are looking at how can leverage Dropthought in other areas of the business.

One area where we believe the C-SAT Feedback software could improve is in providing more customization options for survey templates and reports. For example, we should be able to add more Filters which is currently limited.

I do wish I could make revisions on surveys once activated so long as they don't interfere with the integrity of the data collected. (ie when using the survey as a data entry and not data collection)
We utilize DT for various purposes. Personally, I use it to input information that we collect ourselves, essentially serving as a data entry tool to consolidate all data in one place before forwarding it to our clients.
