I received exceptional help from Donald in customer service. I was on a 1 month trial of their premium product and mixed up the end of trial date and sent my cancellation in the day that it charged my account. I was calling about another question but mentioned what had happened with the trial and he was able to get the charge reversed and I'm now back on a free account.

they could work on the pricing a bit and stop spamming that they seem to have better price... its not a better price i got a good deal as i am a long time user so let me just be with my subscription

I have been a dropbox free customer for a while now. My files are always there when I need them. I joined when there was no limit on connected devices and they switched it. I didn't like that. Other then that I had no issues with the service. Wish I had more space but I won't pay to upgrade, have no money to waste on online storage.

Love dropbox. It's the best way to store my files. Never any hiccups.

The most helpful thing about Dropbox is that I can easily store and manage the documents I need. One of the most helpful platforms for importing documents from Google Drive is Dropbox. The upsides of using this platform are that I can easily share files, and it keeps all my information safe.

I hope people read my review because I feel it'll be VERY helpful.

Firstly, let me explain Dropbox briefly.
- You can store an insane amount of data at Dropbox which is fantastic for important stuff such as photos and videos or work and music. If you download the program/app to your PC/laptop, then you can easily transfer (sync) your data to Dropbox within seconds, BUT, this will then gradually take up room on your hard drive which I found very unfortunate.
- If you just upload data through their website and not the program/app, then this WON'T use up space on your hard drive.

All of the above was explained to me by a support worker named Marcus and I was very pleased at how thorough Marcus was at explaining it, this was fantastic as it helped me understand it clearly.

I’ve been using Dropbox for years. A paid business plan. It is friendly, easy to use, simple to collaborate on documents, great for sharing files and without doubt, the best compared to the usual suspects.

Dropbox is a great tool for storing your personal files and folders.

I have been a long time user of the free version of Dropbox and never had any issues. It always helped me a lot to send files in between devices that weren't compatible otherwise.

I dealt with Henry who was fantastic and did exactly what we wanted, great service :)
