Documize makes it super easy for me to find all my documents in one place rather than looking all over my office to see what I need. Hopefully, it will keep working well.
I don't like that I have to sign into use it everytime I am trying to access the app, one of these days that would be a nice feature to have with face ID or something of the like.
It helps me solve the ever-lasting problem of finding documents around my office which is a total pain in the butt. One of these days I hopefully won't have to do that.
I have been using Documize for several months now, and I am extremely impressed with the software. It is a comprehensive document management tool that is both efficient and user-friendly. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it easy to find and organize documents.
As of now I have not experienced anything like that, but they can improve more efficiency to run smooth and improvise the stability and I really look these updates in next version.

It is very attractively designed. In this user can easily save the files through it with security.
When compared to other software in the same category, their service fee is relatively costly. I believe that for the cost of the service, it may be more useful.
The fact that our document files are so well organized is what I find most intriguing. There are no issues with its setup or fundamental orientation. Additionally, searching in the search box makes it simple to find papers.

The categories that we can create in it and the UI that is really helpful to see the idea and the objectives of it as a summary gives us more clear picture and changes that needs to be made for our idea.
There can be more features involved in it like showing the visualization infographics like charts.The website of it can have more clear understanding of the product.
Categorizing the idea in to various groups and trying to understand the bits and pieces of idea which is giving more clear picture to understand the project flow.
This helps when we have documents to send patients for virtual appointments.
Sometimes the loading of the documents is slower and it does take up a lot of space.
This is a great option for Virtual appointments.
With all of the COVID restrictions, this helps us still be able to see Patients and help them.
Honestly I loved that is was free and allowed us to collaborate acorss 4 offices
We could only have 10 people use. Limited a point person for each home office.
Creating templates and consistency among offices
Its a great pleasure using Documize. Its a very well designed, easy to use and versatile. The hectic part of documentation is now the best part of my job just because of Documize. This has reduced my hardwork and now I can involve in other work easily.
There is nothing to dislike other than the pricing chart for the users greater than 100 users. There should be some customisation in the packages as well. Or dynamic users should be selected and pricing range varies as number of user.
