Very easy to use from the documentation team, easy to depoly as SaaS solution, the customer support was good.
Nothing major, the main problems were intergrating to our bussness process as they are designed for ePaper solutions.

There's periodically little glitches and minor issues that comes up when using Document360 in the browser. While there are many great add-ons, you do have to pay for them ;) Since Document360 is constantly adding new features, I am confident they'll address the minor issues that I face every once so often.

The Home page Builder allows for great customisation options, as well as being easy to use. The support team is attentive, and the development are always making new changes that greatly improves the application.

The Broken link analyser never updated meaning fixed links were still recorded as broken. Itβs unclear whether I should use my limited Validate Links button

Fantastic tool Document360 itself a best amoung the other products comparitively than Microsoft.. Where as Rich editor has WYSIWYG editor and markdown editors are more fantastic as markdown editors allows writers to customise articles using markdown syntax as well as HTML ... WYSIWYG editor provides a rick formatting support
I dont find dislikes where as only i can gift the product to my friends as because its features and built in quality is awwwsome ,ππππ as wanted more feautes in future developement of the product . Bestof luck team!!!
