I like that we use this feature almost daily for our Virtual patients

Some times it is slow or the patients say they have trouble with it sometimes.

we like to use this feature to cut down on paper. we are able to email patients their forms to fill out before their appointment. So it helps with appointment times and travels.

We are able to have patients sign consebt forms and paper work virtual so they can still be seen.

Very efficient in sorting of documents along with a DOC ID referring to the document ID stored in the system that makes its easier to keep track of document. Can be used smoothly for functions like accounts payable. Can be integrated with automation softwares as well to increase efficiency of data entry and reducing manual errors.

Can be improved in terms of the user interface look and feel. There are times when i personally have struggled in the folder structure of the documents being stored getting lost or having loading issues.

Mostly used doclink in the automation of accounts payable process for a client. Very systematic, where account number, vendor address, amount due, remittance address, any tax due as well as all supporting documents can be stored with organized indexes.

The user interface is easy and clear to understand for first use. It keeps all the documents in one place in an organized way and they can print anytime. You can send documents to fax from this platform too.

There must be wildcard searchability in search engine so whenever we write a single value it will show all the documents that contain the same value in it. The workflow module is a little bit complicated while working, it does not work properly sometimes. It does not notify you if your delivery fails while sending it to email or fax. It still needs some modification in some of its functions.
