The product is user-friendly and requires minimal management. We needed support for setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) initially, and their team was excellent. It's a great replacement for old-style FTP server/client setup.

More customization options would be nice, but that could complicate management, so the current balance is fair.

Digital Pigeon is easy to use and removes the need to manage our own FTP servers. This saves time, and the associated membership cost is very reasonable.

Nothing that I can think of. We have to log in and remove some older items to free up storage from time-to-time, but that's easy.

We used to run our own FTP server and it was a pain to maintain. DP makes is secure and easy to upload and recieve files for video production.

Very fast service and hosting. I've tried many other platforms, but none comes even close to Digital Pigeon.

I think there should be an intermediary user access, where he/she gets the roles of power users, but cannot access/view other users' uploads.

The app icon is a bit out dated and ugly.

The website has a vast variant for creators so it should be compatible and easy in interface and tabs. The website has very expanding tabs and columns. It could be concise.
