What do you like best about Crisp?

It's simple to use, really effective, I like the conversation style (and not ticketing system) and we have everything we need to handle the support.

Whether it's a bot, helpdesk, operator system, etc

The analytic section is too simple and can be improved

It handles all the customer support system. We have articles for self serve, there is the live chat, we can combine everything so we have support all at the same place

Great UX. Company has your back.
I couldn't afford the product this month for my non-profit, and I couldn't really afford it last month either. Last month, I asked if I could please get a refund and they sent the refund while keeping functionality going. They didn't have to do that for me. This month, I asked for another payment extension and they didn't seem to really think twice. It's not an expensive product, and in fact the pricing is excellent, I just have fallen on hard times personally and can hardly afford food/shelter, so probably need to table this for now.

Anyway, my point in this review is to say that I won't be in such a low economic position forever, nor for very much longer at all. But every time I have trouble making ends meet in my life, I get to see a lot of companies' true colors. I get to see who has my back, my company's back, and empathy to put it simply. They consider the human in their approach to service, and humans remember that sort of thing (who helped them out when they needed it). In this way, Crisp is among the most generous (and forgiving) of any company my company relies upon for day-to-day operations. They don't do what other companies do and turn off your store to make it look bad to customers, only remove some luxuries from the app. The support is really quick and proactive all the time (don't have to be broke to get good service). They'll reach out if they can tell you need help. If anything goes wrong, they're so prompt to help out it's insane.

The platform IMO is like an order of magnitude more intuitive and well-designed than Intercom or others that seem nice at first, but when you get behind the scenes, is not quite as pleasant an experience as Crisp. Hands down, Crisp has the nicest agent experience, and there are cute little features sprinkled all over. Kudos, will be back as a customer without a doubt. Tysm.

What do you like best about Crisp?

You can do everything with this tool. We use Crisp daily, with over 200 conversations daily, and we never have had any issues with the tool in a 3-month period! The customer service is top-notch too. Thanks to Chris for his reactivity and professionalism.

What do you dislike about Crisp?

I would say that the "Magic Browse" feature is quite buggy sometimes. There is room for improvement. It remains usable for classic verifications.

We needed an optimized workflow to handle the expansion of our SaaS. Crisp has easy-to-use features and it was easy to understand the basics of the tool so that we could move forward quite easily.

Keep it going
We are using crisp.chat for now over 2 years, it has been a great two years. The service works as you expect. And every month there are new updates. The only downside of Crisp has to be the android app that has some bugs. And It would be great if they would do someting with the feature requests. But besides that, its an awesome livechat with a lot of features that are great!

Edit: 4 > 5 stars (Crisp gets better and better)

What do you like best about Crisp?

We have been a Crisp chat user for several years using their free Chat plan and considered that was what Crisp did. We identified that we needed a better Support solution that integrated; Knowledge Base with Chat, Email, Messaging and Web. We trialled 5 competing products, not realising Crisp had been developed over the years and now has been significantly developed and meets/exceeds our (above) needs. The Crisp flat price Paid plan for up to 20 users blew us away!

The integrated knowledge base is superb. Great visual appearance and allows articles to be easily created and updated. Customers love it too.

The Bot features that allow us to initiate conversation on our website are very powerful.

Instant screen sharing with contacts and video calls was a huge improvement for us vs scheduled Zoom calls.

Minimal training and adoption time required by our operators

Crisp is very easy to integrate and offers the customizability that we need. I've worked with a few SDKs for support products and this one took the least amount of effort! Besides, they also offer the best customer support during the onboarding process and instanly replies when I had a question.
