It's clean, simple and very user-friendly. The online chat support staff are accommodating and explains everything in detail. The system has minimal issues or downtime; everything is simple to understand. By far the best USA dialler I've used.
That I cannot clones statuses when creating a list mix would be nice if that feature could be added.
Being able to clone most of the settings on the dialler, which most diallers cannot do. Also, the dialling strategies allow us to get the most productivity from our staff.
Convoso makes both the managerial and agent side of a Call Center easy. Training convoso is great as it is very user friendly. Rarely run into any system issues and if we do, Convosos support team will resolve it in a timely fashion.
Occasional scrubbing of leads can be difficult. Dispositioned leads can come back into the dialer. Inbound calls trigger dispositioned leads to be reset.
It is solving the problem of efficiently dialing as many homeowner as possible with little duplication. Crunching the stats in live-time is a great feature that allows managers to have live access to agents performance.
convso is nicest for reporting and the auto dialer
not many downside to convoso, i would say it is slightly annoying with having it all in PST time and not EST time but that is not that big of a deal

It is efficient. As well as very user friendly even for those not to tech savvy. Also the representatives are very informative in the beggining stages to have clear understandings of how things work and respond quickly to questions. and issues.
I have not found something to dislike just yet. I have been using it for 2 months now training on a business partners and things go smoothly. Occassionally some issues with running slower or certain things i have not found yet. but that could just be the compouter.
Dialing through my data quickly and effiently. Doing it in a manner where my newly purchased leads are not bein left uncalled. when i slow it down i can also have them call back older leads that do infact turn in us writing business.
