At the end of the day, the best softwares are easy to use and reliable. Conga has never held up my workflows or slowed me down which is a massive win!
Sometimes it can take a little longer than I would like but at the end of the day were talking about 10 seconds or somehting so not crazy.
Cogna is helping us process information and compile information to be sent out for a customer viewing experience.
Orchestrate frees up space in your brain. Creating a process for the easy things means you don't have to think about them anymore. You can use that space to do far more important things. Then, build processes for those too. It's a glorious cycle.
Now that our processes have become more complicated, the visual export is too large to be overly useful.
The only problems we have in our firm are areas where no process yet exists. And that would be plenty. At least we know what to do about that.
ease of building workflows and triggering automation
that it has a cost per user. it would be nice to charge on amount of workflows instead of users
automation from cases being created so far. Will look to increase it's functunality over time
Provides a great visual representation for all business stakeholders involved in the process flow
Cant think of any until fully using the product
A complete end-to-end process from Pre contracting all the way to Post contracting
Conga orchestrate streamlines all our processes. Any process can be customized to our needs in almost any fashion.
Some features with the checklist option really need to be implemented.
All our processes are streamlined. We can know where any process is at in the process. We know how much effort a process is taking. We can see how many times a process is performed.
Now that Conga is running Orchestrate, it has become much more stable and powerful. It is similar to Visual Flow but is easy enough to use that a non-Salesforce Administrator can even use it to create and maintain automations (they would still need to be tech savvy though). Its now quite easy to set up custom objects to be compatible with automated events and the Re-Evaluate Criteria feature is key for being able to have all different possibilities and branches contained and organized in a single automation. The Twilio integration is sweet too, I can send text notifications to Opportunity Team Members or Owners when certain events happen on the Opportunity.
Would like to see more compatibility with Conga Composer (be able to launch Composer Solutions/Buttons with lots of parameters and variables) - right now it can do this at a basic level.
In our business there are a thousand and one exceptions and unique policies that we have to rifle through Google docs, emails, or tip sheets to try and remember. Orchestrate lets us program in all the possible situations and either have tasks automatically remind us of these policies or just have Orchestrate take care of the task altogether.
We've been using Orchestrate since it was process composer so we've been loyal. The business processes we create in Salesforce make sense and now we can use checklists which is my personal favorite feature.
It can be a little difficult to adjust on the back end
Making sure everyone is on track with how they fit into a process
Caveat to this, SF is improving their offerings all the time and flows is a big improvement over process builder, but Conga orchestrate is a much easier to use solution for creating workflows and approvals
If you already have a huge custom Apex codebase you will have to reintegrate to hook up with the orchestrate API, which is one more thing to integrate
Mostly the if this happens, X manager must sign off, then send Y document to person Z type workflows
The concept of giving the development of business process automation to the business user group, they dont need to depend on IT/Salsforce admin to do any changes. The visual process is awesome for the users to know exactly where they are in the process.
Availablility of samples, best practices.

Conga is the best automation tool for automating your business process in the most efficient way with ability to view your custom business process in swim lanes manner view which is easier to understand.
Could be slow at times and reloads once in a while creating the automation. New developers find it difficult to understand at first and may find it complicated in compare to Salesforce automations provided to us.
Conga Orchestrate minimises the point and click or interaction of end users which can handle many processes at a time parallely and achieving complicated functionality by sending emails, generating document, sending the documents via any integrated tool, triggering other processes etc.
