The platform overall is great piece of software of business automation and task management. It is easy to use and has plenty of features that a business would need. Customer support from the team is alright it can be better. The platform can also be integrated to other reporting softwares.

The only problem i see is probably its UI which i feel could be improved. Sometimes its slow. Byt those are teething problems which if solved will be tops.

What its been solving superbly is enacting workflow programs efficiently. It's got a good centralized system for data tracking, analyzing and subsequently modelling with the aim of improving business processes. Which its been doing as decisions and roi are now faster to reach.
