Really Good, Amazing customer support!
Really good platform with amazing customer support. ClickUp is so versatile and has so many great features with constant updates.

We can really recommend ClickUp for large task lists, documents, and planning. The customer support is also incredibly good—they reply extremely fast and listen to their users. If a bug is reported, they will fix it within 48 hours.

It’s really nice to see a company putting the customer first.

Sometimes slow
Sometimes slow, besides that quite good.

I've been using ClickUp since May 2021.
The learning curve wasn't for the faint of heart, however, once that was through, it had made everything about my life significantly easier to deal with (business + private).

I like to switch between different kinds of PM systems/work flows. Sometimes I feel like Swim Lanes, KANBAN, sometimes Time Blocking, sometimes Ivy Lee Method, etc. So I've set up my ClickUp workspace in a way that I can easily switch between those methods within a click (pun intended) and still be up to date about where I stand and what to do next. It is highly customizable.

I've got multiple projects running at the same time paired with the attention span of a squirrel. CU helped me get some structure into my day-to-day.

Customer support is very very decent. Anytime I had a question, I would send them an e-mail describing my situation and adding screenshots. They've always responded with a qualified answer (not just links to self-help articles), in a timely manner. Even during weekends/holidays.

There are tons of videos on YT helping one set up, understand, and work with CU. One of my favourites being: Ask Yvi

What do you like best about ClickUp?

We use ClickUp as a way to keep track of all of our client information and tasks for our team. Not only is it a great way to store details and keep track of workflows, but it's so user friendly!

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The only thing that I dislike about ClickUp is there is not really a universal way to make changes to certain things, but that is more a personal preference. When customizing columns for the same folders, it would be nice to apply all.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is a great way for use to have one spot to track the information and tasks for each of our clients. We area Virtual Assistant agency that uses ClickUp for our onboarding process, as well as tracking our client information and team information. It's a one stop shop for us.

What do you like best about ClickUp?

Integration and being able to work as a team without losing information or data. I think it's important for any company to have a tool like this: convenient, fast, usable on any platform.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The automations are imprecise and dispersive if you work with many project managers. I think that the section related to templates needs to be improved as well because they are difficult to delegate.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about ClickUp?

I've been working with the platform for a while, while we implemented a scrum work methodology for projects. I say the above to say that what I like most about ClickUp is how it has accompanied all this experience. It is an essential tool for implementation and coordination between areas.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Some data is altered when passing it to panels, I think that the development of subtasks sometimes complicates certain functions of the platform

What do you like best about ClickUp?

We have used several different services over time, Jira, Asana, Trello, etc. The issue you we before was the need for having a separate software for time tracking vs product flow tracking etc. Click up has been so useful for us as a company as all the features it has allows us to condense the programs we use into one.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I would love to see the chat functionality upgraded. If we could move away from another program like slack in order to have all conversations in one place that would be awesome.

Clickup does have a chat/communication function, it is just a little less functional than would be desired to pivot from something like slack.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Condensing the need for several programs into one. We also like the ability to write and follow email communications on a task level. It makes tracking issues and progress so much easier.
