I like ClickHelp and its features overall, but here I’d like to focus on its AI features. I use ClickHelp's Answer Genius and Write Assist all the time I can. They have significantly improved my workflow as a technical writer. Answer Genius helps our readers provide instant, relevant suggestions, making it easier to address common user questions effectively. Write Assist speeds up my content creation by refining text, ensuring clarity, and even offering suggestions to improve readability. These tools work great, save my time, and enhance the overall quality of my documentation.

So far, I haven't encountered any major drawbacks. It would be great to see even more AI-powered enhancements in the future!

Before using ClickHelp’s AI tools, refining content and ensuring consistency took a lot of manual effort. Now, AI-assisted writing suggestions and automated responses help me work more efficiently, reducing repetitive tasks and improving overall documentation quality. This has allowed me to focus more on content strategy rather than spending extra time on edits and formatting.

I can use ClickHelp everywhere, just need a browser and Internet connection.

The Restricted Access functionality is very nice, I give my clients access to the documentation for their review. They review online, and tell me what needs to be tweaked.

I can export to a number of output formats, depending on what output every client needs.

Their tech support is very helpful, and can always assist me with any question even during weekend!

It is user-friendly but can do anything you need. It has so many features to make topics visually appealing and time-saving features that keep the documentation succinct and consistent.

I do not have any complaints, nor is there anything I wish for that is not there.

Clients can easily find answers, and require less support from us. New clients feel reassured during training that there are topics and videos available after the training.

Unavailability of an option that navigates to the Dashboard.

ClickHelp offers a centralized platform for managing all documentation-related activities. This eliminates the need for scattered files and folders, making it easier to organize, search, and access documentation from a single location. This centralized approach improves efficiency, saves time, and enhances overall documentation management.

Since we started with ClickHelp in October 2022, I have been impressed with ClickHelp. Their training was fantastic. Our trainer Ian is knowledgeable in all facets of the product. The Customer Service team is quick to respond patiently and pleasantly. ClickHelp is easy to use and intuitive. I am so pleased we chose them for our online documentation needs.

I wish ClickHelp had a learning resource component.

ClickHelp is a good solution that helps with many of our projects like writing user manuals, bug tracking, communicating with other doc team members and so on. The possibilities to get a bird’s eye view of analytics and statistics for projects are really helpful.

I’d want to see new ready-to-use templates because I think the existing ones look outdated.

ClickHelp is easy to set up. Since it’s a browser-based solution, you just need to open your browser, and here you go. It makes ClickHelp more flexible than other tools - all team members have access to the authoring environment where everyone can write, comment and publish documentation. Plus, you can work from any device.

I think ClickHelp is a good solution for every team of different sizes.

ClickHelp helps me to share knowledge in an efficient way since it allows users to visualize information like adding images, screenshots, videos, diagrams, interactive content, expandable blocks and so on.

Speaking of collaboration with coworkers, ClickHelp created a great authoring environment. We don’t need to work from the same office because ClickHelp is a browser-based solution - every team member can work from anywhere and nothing will be missed. Tech writers, reviewers, and SMEs have access to a portal where they can work on content together - leave comments, monitor the version history, compare different topic versions, and the like.

Our collaboration with users has been improved as well since ClickHelp provides readers feedback widgets like GraphComment.

I think it would be great to have a feedback widget for internal documentation as well.

I like that it’s easy to create PDF documents with ClickHelp. Plus, I can configure many style-related parameters like add custom headers/footers, backgrounds, etc., to make sure my printed documents look good.

Almost nothing, I really like this tool.

I like that the ClickHelp editor is not like the Microsoft editor where you do one move and everything goes awry. ClickHelp is predictable, it saves my time and nerves.
