What do you like best about Clearwave?
Quickly obtaining the most precise insurance eligibility information during phone calls with patients is essential. Having access to benefit details without the need to search multiple sites streamlines the process. Additionally, ensuring the patient's name matches their insurance records accurately is crucial for seamless transactions.
What do you dislike about Clearwave?
I don't have any dislike for Clearwave at all.
What problems is Clearwave solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clearwave provides comprehensive plan details, including copay, deductible, and PCP information, within the eligibility and benefits view. It also conveniently flags if a referral is necessary, both in tasks and within the eligibility and benefit information. It's crucial to replicate this functionality while ensuring originality to avoid plagiarism.

What do you like best about Clearwave?
I like the ease of the system for the patients as well as the staff. Easy to train on for new employees. And makes our front desk flow more efficeint.
What do you dislike about Clearwave?
I would like for the kiosk to scan more than two insurances. And I wished that we had our own customer service tech that handles all our tickets and just random reps.
What problems is Clearwave solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quicker flow in our practice. Inusrance verification is great benefit.

Support has become less responsive over the years and often, the first line techs are not helpful.

I would like to see the mobile app to be used offsite.

Easy to use and immediately valuable.
What do you like best about Clearwave?
I was thrilled by the excellent support throughout integration and the continued support after integration. There was an entire team that made sure all our questions were answered and took the guessing out of what to expect as we introduced a new way of checking in our patients to our patient service representatives.

I also liked how there was an immediate use for the Clearwave program. Even before the system was completely integrated with our electronic medical records system, NextGen, we were able to use Clearwave to do eligibility verification.
What problems is Clearwave solving and how is that benefiting you?
I dislike that not all the features are available unless you make additional purchases for hardware. Hardware includes kiosks and tablets. I think it would be useful to have access to these devices and my practice is considering upgrading to take advantage of some of the additional feature at a later time.

What do you like best about Clearwave?
We LOVE the eligibility verification using the website. It has become our "go-to" workflow to check before the patient even hangs up the phone when making an appointment!
What do you dislike about Clearwave?
There's not much that we don't like about Clearwave! If I had to choose something, I'd say the quirks in eligibility retrieval that can happen for the first few days of each month while the insurances load their info.

This was the best decision our organization made!

We have now started collecting deductibles as well as co-pays now that we are using Clearwave.
