When it allows applicants to apply multiple times thru indeed or other 3rd party sites and when you mark them duplicate or not qualified they can keep applying and clogs up the applicant list making it a longer precess to sift through applicants that are qualified or actually want the job

Clear company is easy to use. You can customize different parts of the process to make it work for your company and your work flows. We are currently working on revamping our email templates and we just reworked our interview guide. It was so simple to make the changes and they go into effect right away.
Also, we have a great customer success manager who is always willing to help us learn new things and answers any questions we might have quickly.
Recently they launched a new background check which really simplified our process but even after we had already signed up and were using it we would get sales type notifications about it on every candidate.
Clear company feeds into adp, our payroll system, which makes it very easy to use for everyone involved.
Easy to use product with a lot of functionality, great user experience and the reporting is the best that I have seen!
The implementation process was easy and the support provided was incredible.
The syncing to email was a bit of a disappointment- our security team did not feel that the company that they partner with provided a proper security link so we do not have that functionality. If they could upgrade that, it would be ideal!
The snyc with ADP provides us the ability to discontinue our paper process of hiring and we can electronically send over "hire" data to ADP. Game changer!

Nothing. I enjoy everything about it. Easy to use. I had a few questions but I am good now.
The only thing is I wish it had a toggle at the top to say "repost again" but with O candidates. That way I don't have to do all the template stuff, I would just select repost new.
Colin has helped me with filtering. It is so beneficial to have the interview letter, offer letter, resume on their profile page. The templates are great. The reporting is easy.
