Love the fact that I no longer need to log my emails into CRM. Cirrus does it all for me.Cirrus Insight syncs your emails when it's connected to both of your CRM and Outlook account.
Sometimes it may log to the contact opposed to the opportunity.A disconnect can happen when you change either your CRM or Outlook passwords- so be sure to sync after password changes.
It saves me time. Makes it easy to track my activity and stay orginized.
Using the automated tools to track and manage emails, activities, and contacts without having to manually click everything in CRM is a game changer for me. I know it sounds trivial but when you're in the flow and stopping to record everything means you lose momentum it matters!

It is easy to log emails as one on one correspondance.
If i send an email to multiple people there should be an option to "log all" as opposed to going through and logging each one by one. It takes a very long time. Fix it.

Cirrus helps with setting meetings with prospects and connecting all our email conversations into our CRM (Salesforce). It's very helpful with those processes.
It is a little bit wonky design wise and always logs me out. I wish those two things were fixed. The connection to email for auto logging sometimes doesn't work as it should, it only logs every days as far as synch goes.

Once set up it is easy to copy and paste a scheduling link thus eliminating having to write out available dates and times for meetings
