A facilidade para utilizar a ferramenta e como eles me ajudaram no passo-a-passo na instalação dela em meu site, uma das pontuações que gostaria de fazer também é o menu de visualização que eles disponibilizam de como ficaria o Widget e toda a configuração do Chat support em meu site, achei muito interessante e conseguir configurar tudo sem problemas.
Até o presente momento o que menos me agrada é o próprio Chatsupport que eles utilizam no site deles, toda hora fica encaminhando mensagem para mim e chegando notificação na minha aba do navegador. Fora isso, a integração/ferramenta em si é muito boa.
Quando um Lead entra no meu site e permanece por alguns instantes sem clicar em alguma aba, o próprio Chatsupport inicia uma conversação sozinha, o que permite passar mais credibilidade ao Lead e consequentemente até mesmo um de nossos atendentes conseguir fechar uma venda de imediato diretamente pelo chat. Estou conseguindo fechar mais vendas, os clientes veem que nos preocupamos mais com eles.

There is no option of calling cx, sometimes cx will ask for call back.
