What do you like best about ChatSupport?

Sometimes I actuallu use G@ to find products. This chatbot is something I sorely needed and OMG it is so simple and so great! I was easily able to install code to my website myself.

What do you dislike about ChatSupport?

Lack of customization for icon and icon position on page

What do you like best about ChatSupport?

A facilidade para utilizar a ferramenta e como eles me ajudaram no passo-a-passo na instalação dela em meu site, uma das pontuações que gostaria de fazer também é o menu de visualização que eles disponibilizam de como ficaria o Widget e toda a configuração do Chat support em meu site, achei muito interessante e conseguir configurar tudo sem problemas.

What do you dislike about ChatSupport?

Até o presente momento o que menos me agrada é o próprio Chatsupport que eles utilizam no site deles, toda hora fica encaminhando mensagem para mim e chegando notificação na minha aba do navegador. Fora isso, a integração/ferramenta em si é muito boa.

What problems is ChatSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?

Quando um Lead entra no meu site e permanece por alguns instantes sem clicar em alguma aba, o próprio Chatsupport inicia uma conversação sozinha, o que permite passar mais credibilidade ao Lead e consequentemente até mesmo um de nossos atendentes conseguir fechar uma venda de imediato diretamente pelo chat. Estou conseguindo fechar mais vendas, os clientes veem que nos preocupamos mais com eles.

What do you like best about ChatSupport?

It is very helpfull and easy to use.

All options will be there in one page which makes easy to chat with customers.

Easy to get in touch with the customers...

What do you dislike about ChatSupport?

There is no option of calling cx, sometimes cx will ask for call back.

It would be very helpfull if this option is availble in chat support.

Thats it, everything is good.

What problems is ChatSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?

Chatting with customers in live and providing the support to the customers. It is very easy to answer multiple customers in one time and saved template also very helpfull

What do you like best about ChatSupport?

This tool enables to directly connect with customer support through text messages ,audio clippings,video clipings and photos.It seems to be more friendly as it directly provides a platform to connect and communicate the information.

What do you dislike about ChatSupport?

It takes a lot of time to connect with the customer representative which makes the user wait for a longer time to get the response. Repeatative scripts responses are also not the expectations of the user.

What problems is ChatSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?

ChatSupport resolve the things online and there is no need to create any tickets for them and wait for their response.this helps us to save a lot of time and helps to get the issue resolved as soon as possible.

Easy to use. Quick response tiome. Interactions that can be tracked.

Longer wait times, significant verification time.
