Chatlio is an excellent livechat support feature. You can easily customize the template, hours of operation and more. Our version of Chatlio is linked to Slack. Slack is how our Chatlio talks to us; it allows everyone in the office the opportunity to read tech support questions to filter who is best suited to answer. We have never had any issues with Chatlio, including no disruptive maintenance. There are multiple subscription levels that allow you to expand your chat resources to more people in the office, and be able to store all conversations in an archive. We only have one site we would need Chatlio for; however, one subscription gives you access to as many sites as necessary.
The integration process with slack can be difficult, especially if you have a small implementation team. Once you have the Chatlio feature, people on the other end have no way of minimizing their chat button. Sometimes our users need to look at information that is covered by the button but overall this is really not an issue.
Chatlio allows us another option besides phone and email for customer support. It gives users a "quick question" option that gives our support team plenty of time to respond. Like I said before, we use Chatlio through Slack. Everyone in our company has the ability to look at the chats coming in, which allows us to answer based on areas of expertise. It reduces the number of phone calls which gives us time to prepare better answers for our clients.
Chatlio opens a new door to all those people or users who have a website with products, this application simple to manage and easy to configure will allow us to see in real time the opinions of new projects and the opinion on the products something I find very innovative for all those companies that have been working with websites, offers high quality chat and settings for you to feel much more comfortable when using the program.
I have no complaints about its use but if I have seen a few complaints regarding what credit cards are, it seems to me that they still do not work very well, but to me personally has never presented me with problems.
I personally would recommend to small and medium businesses to implement this wonderful application in their work because it maintains a high level of communication, in addition to being high quality, has a free trial thing that I have not seen in other applications that are extremely expensive and offer much less than chatlio, so I think that this software is worth much more.

I really can't think of anything that I dislike. I think that it would be nice if there were Pre-qualifying questions that the customer would have to answer before the message was pushed off to us.
We have a lot of traffic that come through our website and having the option to chat directly with a user has been a huge benefit. This is also a lead generating tool.

I love the integration features. Formerly we used Hubspot, and found it was a mess. The ability to handle and share conversations in Slack is amazing, and the reason we switched. It's 100% worth the pain and effort to switch from Hubspot Messenger feature. We would love to see Chatlio expand the integration to allow more and varied interactions.
The lower end subscription could use or operators. The 50$/month is a bit steep. At lease for startups.

When I discovered Chatlio almost 3 years ago, it was a game-changer for me. I hated to have to install "another" third-party software or web-based application to run my LiveChat. But with Chatlio, I was able to onboard my team of 10 support agents that were already on Slack in less than 10 minutes. No need to set up again 10 accounts, or to upload a profile picture, bio, etc... I just log in once with Slack and boom! I was all set. It was love at first sight, and Chatlio never failed us from that moment. I highly recommend this product, it simply has all the features we need.
