It is really helpful when it comes to relation building with our customers. Even when away from desk , it helps to respond and make job much easier. The setup of the tool is easy and it gives a back suppot for customer service and sales team.
All is good , but just a little suggestion if tickets handling mechanish can be more autonomous in behaviour it would indeed be helpful to see how many queries are resolved or are in pending state
