What do you like best about Chatdesk Teams?

easy to use, to communicate with and to navigate. User friendly and can use almost everyday. It has a usefull features.

What do you dislike about Chatdesk Teams?

sometimes it's too slow but manageable. Other than that no more issues

It terms of communication, answering of questions and of calls to attend meetings. It is very benificial to those who are working at home.

What do you like best about Chatdesk Teams?

It is really helpful when it comes to relation building with our customers. Even when away from desk , it helps to respond and make job much easier. The setup of the tool is easy and it gives a back suppot for customer service and sales team.

What do you dislike about Chatdesk Teams?

All is good , but just a little suggestion if tickets handling mechanish can be more autonomous in behaviour it would indeed be helpful to see how many queries are resolved or are in pending state

It saves time by responding to our customer. The User Interface is nice . What else is needed when efficiency is bossted and relationship bond is deeply rooted. Thanks a ton Chatdesk Teams

Chat desk is perfect for my business as they respond to customers while I'm away from social media. It's. Time saver and efficient tool to use. I would recommend this to others.

I really have enjoyed using it and can't find anything I really dislike!!!

What do you like best about Chatdesk Teams?

Absolutely love Chatdesk. They've been beyond helpful in handling our customer support tickets, and their team gives great insights and is easy to work with.

What do you dislike about Chatdesk Teams?

Our only comment is that we sometimes see some tickets not being handled in a timeline manner, but it doesn't happen that often. The team is looking into it to avoid this from happening in the future.

With our limited resources, handling all customer support tickets was a struggle. Chatdesk has helped us significantly in resolving them efficiently.

Indeed an excellent app and user-friendly. Solving the customer queries is just a few seconds. Interaction with social media is also a great feature.

The performance of the application goes down as many customers ask for response. The cost of the product is very high and can minimize a bit.

So easy to set up and use with our teams. I cannot speak highly enough about how smooth the integration process was. Has really elevated our customer experience.

There's really not much that I can say that I dislike right now. There's always a learning curve with new software and this one was easy.
