I can let them choose! Instead of trying to plan something that works for everyone, I can leave it to the individual to choose what is best for them. This way everyone is gifted something meaningful to them. I can't think of a better way to gift as professional.

This is now the second year and 4th order I have placed both for one off gifts and my Christmas gifts for my teams. It is a site that is easy to use, gifts are ample in options, price ranges are reasonable, reminders are a huge help, and my teams have raved about my personal touch even though the site really does it all! There is nothign better!

I have not found any downsides to mention.

Its always hard to find personal gifts with such a large team and this fits the bill for the goal as well as saves me a ton of time.
