We use Centreon for 3 years and just switched to IMP. This tool is monitoring our worldwide infrastructure including our cloud environment. It gave us the opportunity to deploy new services with plugin packs. Since we integrate Centreon we had a better view of our infrastructure and a better response time. It's a good tool to be proactive and to know quickly the issues we have in our infrastructure. "

In centreon will can monitor our network and store client details. We can he possibility to monitor service with different angles: service on the machine/port/result of a request (example HTTP). and We can easily make changes on a single dashboard with minimum time.
