Catalytic is a flexible digital automation tool that can do it all. It's ease of use to perform integrations to both cloud and on-prem systems as well as provide a clean UI to build end to end process workflows creates great opportunity to unify disparate pools of data together via the data table functionality. With an impressive out-of-the-box integration suite to choose from, there's still versatility in the platform to create custom connections to virtually any cloud or on-prem system.

With outstanding leadership from top down, the Catalytic product team never ceased to impress our project team. During initial implementation and PoC of the tool, their director of engineering worked with our company to build out those initial use cases and helped educate our team on architectural components of their platform. This commitment to the customer is an impressive trait that every employee across Catalytic seems to take to heart. These initial engagements set our project team up for long-term success.

There's not much to dislike here.

Though the platform is missing some capabilities, as seen in more mature digital transformation technologies in the market, their engineering team regularly makes product releases with feature enhancements—these enhancements more than address any concerns. What's empowering, too, is to see enhancements our project team identified get implemented.

Streamlining operations in marketing technology. Automating the processing of unstructured documents. Providing human-in-the-loop solutions where integrations are not possible.

Catalytic had a true partnership mentality. Worked hard to make things as easy as possible for our project team.

Our organization had a differing opinion on who should be allowed to create, but there is nothing that i disliked.

Redundant and time consuming tasks within our branch operations. Time savings to our operators translates into higher customer service and consultation and leads to cost savings and new revenue.

Catalytic is a streamlined RPA with outstanding support. The entire Catalytic team is great to work with and are focused on giving clients their best. They make the process of automation easy to understand and implement.

Honestly, there was nothing that I disliked about working with Catalytic.

We are streamlining our administrative processes and have seen a substantial increase in speed and accuracy. Processes that have been automated are measured at each handoff and give us much better visibility into the work we are doing.

Having implemented other solutions in the past, Catalytic was extremely easy to implement, set up workflows, and is visually aesthetic. Their help section is very detailed and easy to follow. There is no shortage of templates one can use to create a workflow. Catalytic automated tasks that I was doing manually, saving time and money!

There is not a thing that I dislike about Catalytic.

Automation of manual outreaches concerning timesheets, assignment end dates, and touch points. Catalytic was able to stream line tasks that were manual saving time and money!

As a general business user, I found Catalytic to be intuitive and easy to use. There is a plethora of support as well from their robust help documentation library to the Catalytic Community. I'm simply amazed at how the application can transform a manual process that takes several hours into a workflow that runs in a matter of minutes with perfect outputs. Automating these processes will allow our resources to be focused on more value-add business objectives and also reduces risk and error from human intervention.

I have not come across anything to date that I dislike.

Platform is easy to use and continuously adding capability. Gets rid of swivel-chair integration. Love the way the platform anticipates my needs and suggests actions to leverage. Easy to use to begin with but also has more comprehensive functionality for power users if required.

The flexibility of the platform gives you options in the way to achieve things - some methods are better than others.

Get started and allocate time for people to use the product. You will quickly see the benefits of human based workflow!! Make sure you talk to the team, they are always available and super helpful no matter the question.

Business workflow automation. AI prediction of customer demands and improving customer experience. Analytics to determine extent of automation ROI. Benefits include redirection of headcount to higher value activities such as in-person customer service instead of being behind the desk.

Creating web applications has never been so quick and rewarding for us we never thought of. So, creating quick web applications is the best thing i like about catalytic

I have been using catalytic for more than 2 years now and i don't see any feature that i dislike.

We didn't had such a robust, flexible and reliable framework for developing web applications until we bought catalytic. It has so many structured models designed in a way that would cut down our development cost and time drastically. So i love that about catalytic.

I love that the tool is highly customizable while also being simple to use. I have no technical expertise, but I am able to build out very complex processes and even incorporate predictive modeling with no additional support. Not having to wait on IT has been huge for me.

Not much to dislike, it is a great tool that solves problems in all aspects of our business.

Currently, I am building out a variety of HR processes to enhance our current HRIS (specifically recruiting, employee onboarding and offboarding, etc.). I also have been using as a contract management tool for our legal department. In addition, we are looking at using as a time tracking tool for our engineering team. And many more use cases coming up!
