None to be honest. They have gone way and beyond to come up with a niche product

You can view the attachment without any difficulties and that's completely fine.

The recent update isn’t allowing the app to load on my iPad Pro.

I don't like the layout but other than that it is perfect, just an aesthetic issue

General mailing purpose and as I'm an admin I handle blackberry accounts across organisation and send over activation keys whenever needed

It was challenging to get login access in the application and required IT help.

It would be helpful if that part could be streamlined and made little simpler so that first time user can easily login

It is a must-try application for employees who have permission to use it in their organization.

You will have access to all work related mails and can also use MS-office apps and work on your smartphone, if needed

Once I log off from my work laptop, if there is any critical mail, I can easily read it and be back.

Their Billing part sometimes becomes confusing to understand however their support works well to explain the same hence that dislike is also no more existing hence they are the market leader in offline secure document editing using cloud technology.

In this pandemic when most of our team members are working remotely and one single file needs to get edited using multiple levels of access then BlackBerry Workspaces provides secure access to behind-the-firewall resources.

it has a bit of an uncontrolled set whenever you are sharing the fails to other device users

Mobile email drafts are not available on desktop/web. Sometimes sent emails are in outbox only, not actually sent.
