Great platform

What do you like best about Bizimply?

I like the T&A app, employees app is very easy to use. The implementation and integration with Toast was great. Team, especially John Hayes was a great support for me ! - Thank you John :)

What do you dislike about Bizimply?

Maybe having an hierarchy will be easier for holiday approval , and also for employees to see the actual Time and Attendance

Having a clear understanding of the working hours in each department, the reporting tool is amazing and holiday management

What do you like best about Bizimply?

What I like best about Bizimply is how seamlessly it brings together rota planning, attendance tracking, and employee records in one easy-to-use platform.

What do you dislike about Bizimply?

There’s not much to dislike, but some features are still in development, which means we occasionally need workarounds for certain tasks. However, the platform is evolving quickly, and the support team is always responsive and open to feedback.

What problems is Bizimply solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bizimply is helping us centralise staff scheduling, time tracking, and holiday management across multiple venues, which used to be fragmented and time-consuming. It’s reduced payroll errors, improved rota visibility for managers and staff, and saved us considerable admin time each week. Overall, it’s brought structure and efficiency to our operations.

Employees scheduling as it use to take 3hrs now it's less than 1hr and we also track and record all holidays requests and approved them on the App Great

Simple but effective scheduling system. Very easy to understand and use

More work needed on sales forecasting. This could be done up to 15mins not daily

The whole process has been dealy with by a team that have been great to work with. They have all been very understanding to our business expectations.

The main downside is the staff cannot see how many holidays they have for the remainder of the year

Simplified HR Management System - takes the labour out of certain tasks

What do you like best about Bizimply?

Clocking in and out system for shift and breaks. Makes tracking employee hours(also offers labour cost breakdown) and WRC break entitlements much easier all stored in one place.

What do you dislike about Bizimply?

Document storage, a one stop shop for tracking most HR aspects.

Recommendations to others considering Bizimply?

Some features I would like are missing but Bizimply is constantly under development with new features coming our frequently.

What problems is Bizimply solving and how is that benefiting you?

There is a bit of a learning curve when first start using the system but Bizimply Support are available to help Monday to Friday and theres lots of support documentation available.

Best software/app for management and employees I’ve used

What do you like best about Bizimply?

It was basically everything for managing staff I needed all in one place. And made rotas and holiday management for employees seamless

What do you dislike about Bizimply?

There was a phase where the app for employees was updated and changed the UI quite frequently but this has stopped now

What problems is Bizimply solving and how is that benefiting you?

It takes what is usually many different accounts/programs/spreadsheets and puts it all in one place
