Bigin, totally worth it.

What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM?

Recently started using this and its been a smooth ride. Easy to use interface, Easy to customize fields, Automations in place, Perfect start for a SME to start digitizing and automating work. So much of ease to quickly onboard the work. Affordable pricing. Recommend it to everyone.

What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM?

Not much, but would love to have module to create quotations.

A facilidade e a Intuitividade. Tudo bem facil de usar e de personalizar. Acredito que é um bom CRM, tem tudo que minha empresa precisa. Temos uma empresa pequena com poucos colaboradores, e a opção de poder acrescentar a assinatura somente o que eu preciso nos ajuda muito.

Depois de prospectado, ficava dificil controlar e analisar em que estagio estavamos com os clientes. Algumas vezes esqueciamos deles e outras vezes esqueciamos da recompra. Depois de usarmos o Funil e os lembretes nada passa sem controle e análise.

We have been using Bigin for a couple of months now. We work in sales and Bigin makes it so easy to track our sales and leads.

Great, easy tool for start-ups!

What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM?

Love the simplicity of it. As a small business we don't need all the bells and whistles of the big name CRM's out there, and definitely not the price tag. Bigin is affordable and offers the key features we need without the overwhelm.

I haven't come across anything I don't like with Bigin so far!

Stage automation is what I like. It makes the process faster and more logical.

There is no if/else or conditions for the email automation.
