All the available features, which make the tool very complete.

It's easy to naviguate among the different processes.

The public workspace is very useful for us, as we are located all over the world.

Zoom in and zoom out options with the mouse are very sensitive. It's a bit hard to adapt the size of the process to the size of the screen.

We can work as a team on different processes and then share it in only one click to the others (public workspace). Before that, we were editing some processes, saved it, and then shared it with others via email to collect feedback, went back on the tool to do some updates, saved it, etc. It took a lot of time. Here, everything is centralized and people can consult different processes easily.

Much more than process designing but execution of process i.e. secure handling of e.g. operating processes. This strengthen our internal controll system extraordanary. And the link from process design to GRC saves us from double work and ensures a consistent level of quality from process design through to risk management and information! security management.

I cannot think of any significant negatives. It is like with all applications, you have to invest time to find your way around and learn all the tricks and simplifications.

The BIC Platform helps to make the processes of our company transparent on different process levels. Furthermore, the BIC Platform supports the introduction of process thinking, i.e. thinking beyond one's own organizational unit. A key strength is the execution of processes, which makes our company more efficient and resilient.

• The ease of use of use to create business process flow charts via quick-modeler, table-based modeler and drag and drop

• The process governance workflows for process review and approval: email notification, resubmission workflows, versioning, archiving, model comparison, working/ preview and publication environment

• The collaboration portal for the end user enables non-experts to view processes, comment processes, create dedicated dashboards, print, search, navigate.

• Process Execution capabilities automatically generate executable workflows. Users are guided through processes with digital checklists and directly execute their tasks in the system

• Integration capabilities for Single-Sign-On, ERP & EAM integration, RESP API connectivity…

Das Wiederfinden von Informationen und Dokumenten wird erleichtert.

Es werden immer die gültigen Dokumente zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass der Datenaustausch immer korrekt stattfinden kann.

Ability to integrate documents/applications/norms. The BPMN validation is helpful. Easy to use for approvals.

The only downside is that sometimes the formatting doesn't align and has to be adjusted manually. Would be great if it could snap to grid

Copy and paste the activity. It copies all the attributes of the activity, and when trying to edit, it edits both activities.

Continuous Improvement

Simple and intuitive. You quickly find your way around and can model your first processes directly through the support in the tool.

With the integrated validation, the system automatically checks the process for the rules of BPMN2.0 and helps me as a user.

Dashboards could be more intuitive and easier to customize. The solution will offer automatic translation only in the coming months, with the next update. Reports could be run directly in the system.

BIC helps us to share processes transparently within our organization. On this basis we can optimize processes and live the CIP within our organization. We can map detailed organizational charts within the departments with the solution.

Nothing we dislike so far. We raised a few change requests for feature enhancements and what is absolutely stunning is the way how GBTEC manages change requests. They take every change requests very seriously in order to better the product.
