I'm moderating my e-commerce products catalog and on my social media platforms.

This is a right tool that can help to bring about or create safe, inclusive and welcoming online environment for platforms and user generated content by empowering you to detect and eliminate the potentially offensive or undesirable content by flagging it.

Not really enjoyed the support team, it can improve they need to have more onsight about their product.

We used it for our social messaging platform for moderating the posts added by our users.

I like the functionality of the moderator to detect various harmful things present in any given media format which helps in filtering content

Load times sometimes becomes hindrance for the moderator

I have benefitted by filtering through content that offensive both in image and other media formats

The ability to quickly customize the available modules to reflect your organizational needs & requirements is one of the best features of this software, also the extremely intuitive UI is a bonus!

After-sales services can use a touch-up, the support team needs to be more knowledgeable about the product being discussed & has to be able to quick with resolutions of regular issues.

Quickly and effectively managing the moderation exercise gives us ample time to focus on more tasks in the same amount of time, this helps in enhancing the productivity of the team as well.

Content is the most important thing for the front face. That should be clean and protect from unknown bad inputs. The azure content moderator is easy and automated protection for adult and racy content both text-image and videos. This is the best way for content moderating for me.

Setting up is a little bit difficult. Otherwise, everything is going on very clear. User Instructions are too much but it needs to be paid attention not to be lost inside ;)

Except pricing, nothing is to mention here user friendly and easy to use. Anyone with basic knowledge uses the system, so it is not much complicated, not require any special skills

Azure Content Moderator is a machine-assisted azure application; I mostly like automated content filtering for potentially offensive content. It uses an AI-based content moderation service; it scans content such as text, images, videos add content flags automatically

As usual, the cost is the matter in MS products. It's a bit costly one in a similar market

I've used this product for testing purposes of the below features

I think it's best for setting up the filter for unwanted/offensive contents like images, Videos , text etc

I like the interface better than any other option.

I never faced any problem which actually impacted so can not comment about anything which I dislike but would like to comment about the support. It can be little improved.

We have certain policies to follow and restrictions to the inflow so it helps us customising the filter so that unwanted things can be ignored or filtered out.

very user friendly, easy to set up. does a great job filtering offensive content out of text, images etc.

the pricing could be improved, it's a little steep
