AXtension Content Gate enables users to back up, store and share documents online and information is synchronized across multiple devices. It's changed the whole way people do personal computing. The price is so affordable, the ease of use is out of this world and the ability to now collaborate with others will never be the same again. I have thousands of pictures and short video of past projects and I can always access them anytime with less hurdles. I have used it for years, and have the free 15GB version, and have not even come close to using all of my storage.

There really aren't many cons about AXtension Content gate, only minor thoughts that might be more personal to myself as a user or scale-specific security concerns that only apply to specific industries or projects. Simple things like - sorting A-Z in Sheets, or uploading images into cells need research and modules added into the system to make them function. While this is not a super big deal- when you have very large projects, it can be extremely hard to make the documents/sheets function properly.

Organization, efficient workflow, storage, collaboration. Recommend it to all.

There are multiple reports that are (updated either by me or the other users with edit permission) used in our weekly meeting and the data needs to be accurate, current and in a single format and AXtension Content Gate has allowed us to make this happen.
