What do you dislike about Ortto?

It should be more interactive and easy to use so that its users understand its value and put it to good use. All companies will be able to work more effectively to achieve their goals.

What problems is Ortto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ortto helps us streamline our marketing automation processes and better address our customers' questions and concerns promptly. We may have in-depth conversations with our most potential leads and keep in touch with them for a very long time after they've signed a contract with us. It streamlines our company's advertising efforts by automatically following up with our best leads and answering their questions when they enter data about our offerings. Because of its flexibility and ability to standardize procedures, it has been adopted by all departments in our organization.

What do you like best about Ortto?

Ortto has been extremely helpful in assisting us in maximizing client campaigns. The platform's recommendations make visible impacts (positively) when comparing metrics. Alongside that, the ability to centralize e-commerce data within the marketing platform makes Ortto a win-win.

What do you dislike about Ortto?

Native integrations are still a step behind. They're working on them, but they're limited. Thankfully, they allow connections to custom APIs, but this isn't a feasible option for business-level users. I'm eager to see more native e-commerce integrations be added to the platform!

What problems is Ortto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ortto is exposing our customer's e-commerce data in ways they didn't previously have without a ton of manual effort. On top of that, Ortto allows our clients to easily "tweak" their marketing campaigns and A/B test using in-platform recommendations. You can't beat having another part of the team!

"Easy to use marketing platform"
What do you like best about Ortto?

If you're a marketer or marketing team that is looking for a marketing platform that can handle emails, custom email journeys, capture forms and a lot lot more then this really is a great product to consider. We used Pardot as our previous system and we have found Ortto a lot easier to use, and some of the features we get with Ortto (like subject headline analyser) just don't exist in Pardot.

Set up was relatively straight forward and we had our first cadence up and running within a couple of days.

What do you dislike about Ortto?

One thing that Ortto doesn't provide is Landing Pages (preferring to do capture widgets) which is fine, but it would be really useful if it was able to provide this. That said it's not really a bit negative for us as we just create a landing page on our website and put the capture widget onto that.

Overall there isn't anything so far (after 5 months of usage) that I dislike about Ortto.

What problems is Ortto solving and how is that benefiting you?

For us, Ortto is our customer communication platform. We use it to communicate to our clients on both our desktop application (via email) and our SAAS platform (through email, pop ups and some of the new features released this month).

"Automation options are incredible"
What do you like best about Ortto?

I love that i can easily set up different types of campaigns, starting with SMS, Push, email or audiences. Journey creation is much simpler as well as choosing a filter audience instead of creating segmentations.

What do you dislike about Ortto?

I would have liked if all the media available in Autopilot was moved over to Ortto as when we are creating campaigns from scratch we cant use previously used images. I would also have liked if the free SMS option would have carried onto Ortto from autopilot.

What problems is Ortto solving and how is that benefiting you?

It reduces the time to analyze each campaign that is sent out, it has an incredible amount of metrics that can be easily analyzed. Also, the way to create A/B testing in emails is a lot more friendly than in Autopilot. Ortto allows you to select the type of AB testing to be done when creating a new campaign.

What do you like best about Ortto?

The design is high level and balanced on all the expectations you can have from a product. Whether you are a developer, designer or sales person, you will definitely feel that things are done right on Ortto.

The API is well documented, the mail builder allows you to make meticulous designs that show your company's seriousness. In short, you can feel that all the features are seriously thought out with an active listening to their customers.

Apart from providing features, Ortto's strength is to offer concrete marketing processes in which they support you with a range of turnkey tools.

What do you dislike about Ortto?

An excellent product like Ortto inevitably comes at a higher price point. While it's not an affordable solution, it's not excessively priced either. However, their offers are somewhat static, and it would be beneficial to have more flexibility in the choice of options and volumes. For example, I would be willing to pay more for a more customized package that includes only the features I need, rather than a package that includes features I don't use.

Overall, Ortto's pricing may be a bit restrictive for some businesses, but for those that can afford it, the value it provides is worth the investment.

What problems is Ortto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ortto provides us with intuitive visibility into our users' behavioral patterns, enabling us to perform quick analyses and build a solid customer database. Additionally, Ortto allows us to stay in touch with our customers and keep them updated on new offerings and product upgrades. The recent addition of chat functionality offers more opportunities for customer retention and eliminates the need for separate tools.

"A great tool with a great team behind it"
What do you like best about Ortto?

Ortto's UI is super easy to follow and learn quickly. The best thing about them, though, is their customer support. They are always super quick to answer and make every customer feel valued when interacting with them. They also are almost always to find workarounds for a problem as well.

What do you dislike about Ortto?

Currently with their Salesforce integration they are mostly set up to work with Organizations that use the Contact object instead of a Person Account. It does require more set up to accomedate but the customer support team has been great with helping us get it working.

What problems is Ortto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ortto is benefiting us by giving us a great automatization tool that we use to help progress our clients to the next step in our sales processes. We also use them for marketing emails as well so it really is a great versatile tool

Easy to use, intuitive and helpful software

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The drag and drop interface is easy to use and intuitive. The support team is friendly, helpful and timely!
Autopilot tracks every newsletter forms on my website or other similar form on the site, also, the contacts management is very convenient. Their email tools are manageable. List trigger, time trigger and add to list are very beneficial for my marketing strategies.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my opinion the price for 5000 contacts is expensive, $80/month. It would be nice if they can put the price$10-20 for 2000 contacts. In addition, I need a feature that can help me to export all my contacts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Autopilot helped me to grow my email list and to set up relationship with my customers.
