What do you like best about Autocene?

Front-end brilliant forms are easy to use & very much smart for information display.

What do you dislike about Autocene?

No, specific features are missing; I am sure the R& D team is making this product more graceful.

Recommendations to others considering Autocene:

We use Aitocene for HR and Operational functions. Implementing Autocene has dramatically improved efficiency and time savings within the organization and highly recommended for small & medium enterprises for their cost-effective solutions.

What problems is Autocene solving and how is that benefiting you?

The software is straightforward to configure, and Autocene is always Happy to customize it to our exact specifications. They have an excellent backend team that is working on client's feedback & queries.

"A Game Changer for Increasing Process Efficiency!"
What do you like best about Autocene?

The overall implementation and efficient deployment of their automations had us up and running faster than expected! Since integrating the new automations our agency saved hours of work on our projects, while increasing our overall productivity!

What do you dislike about Autocene?

It's been a great experience with no problems in their platform or automations, so no complaints.

What problems is Autocene solving and how is that benefiting you?

We implemented solutions to decrease labor dependencies on specific service projects for our clients. We wanted to cut down on medial work and focus on high-level objectives of the projects. We were able to decrease our bottomline costs and deliver the projects much more effectively and quicker than expected!

"Great experience developing new software solution with FORMVERSE"
What do you like best about Autocene?

Customizable to the point where their team could provide me with great solutions to the many identified needs of our agency. Team was very responsive and committed to customer satisfaction.

What do you dislike about Autocene?

It is hard for non-IT people to understand the vernacular: they think in workflows that would appear to the uninitiated to be unrelated. There was a lot of time spent just figuring out what I wanted to do!

Recommendations to others considering Autocene:

With several good, qualified companies responding to our RFP, I was at a disadvantage not being an expert with IT to choose between them. I did not want to make a common mistake in having countless change orders to get where we wanted to be. In the end it came down to me trusting the word of their principals that this was a good solution for us and that they would assure we would be happy with the finished product. We made the correct decision.

What problems is Autocene solving and how is that benefiting you?

For more than a year I worked with Formverse on a complex online designer selection system for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The system will be used by thousands of architects, engineers and public officials related to billions of dollars of building projects each year. It has a database of everything we do that includes the ability to search all of our documents and public notices. Firms can develop an online profile that includes all their work history with the Commonwealth, make required disclosures, and apply to our public notices.

What do you like best about Autocene?

We are an international client and operate in Australia. Despite the distance and timezone challenges, the communication and level of service has been outstanding. For example, FormVerse made themselves available on a Sunday afternoon (their time) in case there were issues resulting from one of our systems being updated on a Monday morning. The whole team has been committed to our business and never fail to consider a request and I can't recall a time they were not able to offer a solution

We love the flexibility that the software provides. The project we are using the software for is unique and required a lot of steps to collect all of the information we needed. Anytime we asked "Can the FormVerse do this?" they worked with us to see if it could be done.

What do you dislike about Autocene?

The only thing I can think of is that we had a couple users say that the form wasn't as intuitive and they got stuck. But it was a very small group and we have worked with FormVerse to make it easier for the user.

Recommendations to others considering Autocene:

For verse was able to build process workflows for all forms, and made the process much more efficient and easier to manage.

What problems is Autocene solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a government agency we are way behind when it comes to automating our business processes. We still use paper for many of our HR functions. This product is allowing us to streamline some very basic business functions as well as collect useful information on the process and how the system is functioning. VERY HELPFUL!!! Their customer service cannot be beat!!! Everyone we worked with is amazing.

Sometimes when changes are made to an established form it can result in a few small issues here and there that can be hard to predict. Once they are notice, they are rectified promptly.

What problems is Autocene solving and how is that benefiting you?

FormVerse has resulted in more efficient processes, visibility throughout the life of a form and transparency for users. It is currently being used primarily for HR related forms, however we can see FormVerse being used in all of our Support Services departments in the near future.

FormVerse has been the solution to a previously chaotic process which involved lost forms, confidential information being passed around on a piece of paper and illegible or incorrect information.

What do you like best about Autocene?

FormVerse has given us the flexibility to build a set of forms that have streamlined a business process and allowed us to collect valuable data. The customization has been the most helpful. The customer service is amazing. Everyone we interacted with has been so helpful.

What do you dislike about Autocene?

The only issue we have had were that a couple of users complained about the forms we built not being very intuitive. But because of the flexibility we are able to make modifications very quickly to fix any issues.

What problems is Autocene solving and how is that benefiting you?

FormVerse is allowing us to streamline a business process that was typically done on paper. It is also allowing us to collect data at every step of the process. The data we collect is being used for research and we can log in and see live data and not have to wait for days/weeks/months to see if the process needs to be changed.
